"Do we really have to stake out? I for one don't think..."

"Oh relax Atsushi-kun! It will be good! We have to get intel since nothing is electronically for this threat!" Dazai hums smiling "Oh right! Have you eaten?"

"Why you keep asking? I made food for kyouka so of course..."

Atsushi went quiet thinking if he ate or not; nope. The mentor frowned knowing the boy is still not used to properly eating. Did he even eat dinner yesterday? Kyouka literally made him eat at the agency the other day which everyone took his work to make sure he eats it all. He was complaining he wasn't hungry with no bite too-

"I'm guessing you didn't. Did you eat dinner yesterday?"

"I had a sandwich? Half a sandwich..."

"At least you did... Wait here, I'll buy some snacks"

"D-dazai-san! You don't have to! I'm fine!

The man already left into the store making the tiger sigh. Why can't they believe him when hes not hungry? I mean sure it's not healthy to skip breakfast but he eats lunch? It's literally almost lunch time regardless... Dazai came back out with a bag making Atsushi get off the phone-

"Chuuya-san said they just arrived"

"He was that worried?"

"He was annoyed for us being late and was gonna come drag us but..."

"Chibi is such a mama sometimes" Dazai holded the bag out "Take two"

Atsushi took a chocolate pocky and the package triangle rice agreeing sorrowfully. The mentor just smiles more real this time and they were off. The two weren't that far from the meeting spot but they had to get there opposite to not get caught; stakeouts can take a while after all. The tiger was forced to eat the rice though after his stomach churred a bit. It didn't bug him but it did his mentor-

"We have arrived! Couldnt even see you slug"

"Shut the hell up" Chuuya had to control himself "Why the hell is he annoyed?"

"Cause i forced him to eat"

Atsushi rolled his eyes at the two giving him a look. Akutagawa wasn't near them but up ahead at the site they will sit and watch from. The tiger went chewing on pocky to control his nerves; Especially his inner self. The Byakko was asking for more... As they went up and into their postions, soukoku was just chatting away since nobody was there yet. Exactly why the bosses said what they said-

"Oi" Aku made jinko look over with one his mouth "why the hell are you eating so agressively?"

The tiger blinked jumping down from the tree confused; was he? He looked down at the pack seeing only a few more left. Did Akutagawa want? Is that why he asked? The two mentors and ADA know why hes eating right now...

'Why is he holding it out? Thats not...'

Ryūnosuke huffed seeing that the mentors weren't paying attention at all; Dazai was too focus on chuuya. He went reaching out, grabbing the pocky box hand taking the males lip. Atsushi jump as his face flushed as akutagawa took the rest from his mouth backing away licking his lips. The tiger covered his mouth moving away quickly into the trees like the flustered cat he was which made the dog crouch down laughing. His hand over his mouth shaking a bit-

"ITS NOT FUNNY!" The mentor looked over confused at why atsushi was out of sight "AKUTAGAWA!"

"Kid, calm down before you get us caught" Chuuya smirked "What happened?"

"N-nothing Chuuya-san" Aku cough to collect him self standing up with a small smile behind his hand "Nothing... Hes gonna need another box if hes that nervous"

"I have more! For all of us after all" Dazai grins with the bag "It's good to see you two getting along"

"Yes, Dazai-san... The kitten is in-" Atsushi threw the empty box at his head "Really jinko?"

"Shut the hell up and go die bitch. Let a car run over you for reference"

Chuuya couldn't contain himself laughing at the two kids. Such a pretty ginger moment that made them all warm about. Dazai was the warmest from it since it's been a long time hearing it with that smile....

"s-sorry... oh man, you two need better examples"

"Most certainly but are we complaining? No" Akutagawa scoffed before turning to growling "Was that your stomach?"

"..... no"

"Atsushi-kun. Come and get more"

"But I'm not hungry Dazai-san"

"Kid, don't make me force you down here" Chuuya got grumbles and movement in return "Thats what i thought... Stop fucking starving yourself"

"You guys make me not want to eat" he got hit on his head "OW!"

"Eat or I will make the president ban you from working for a week"

"WAH! THEN I BE SO BACKED UP! YOU DON'T EVEN DO YOUR OWN PAPERWORK-"

"Exactly my point~" Atsushi went through the bag, annoyed "Good boy"

"Fuck off Osamu"

Dazai just laughed as he went shoving a food bar in his mouth as the two Mafia members just watched. That just happened... Quite shocking that the male was okay with the tiger calling Dazai by his first name then cursing honestly. The demon prodigy is known to get on nerves and Atsushi has cursed before. At dazai though? Probably not around them if it came out that causally-

"Wait, he has an eating disorder?"

"Correct Akutagawa. He only tends to say hes hungry after a long time; Kyouka been letting us know since they live together"

"I feel like i'm under child protective services. Just without abuse"

"With what i know about your past... its not surprising... Wait, you eat all the time when at my place"

"So?"

"...."

"When do you go to his house?"

"That isn't important" Atsushi finished the bar "And i eat cause i want too or i force myself since it makes my stomach churn"

"You could have just said something. Gin was worried about seeing you shaking the other day"

"ahh... I should apologize..."

"She's gonna hit you. You can't apologize for something like that but only try to get better"

"Oh look whose talking"

"Okay Love birds, relax"

"I know damn well" Dazai gasped affended "You aren't talking Dazai-san"
