Chapter 27: Thunder Palace

It has already been a few minutes since Erza had left the Guild Hall in search of Evergreen, who is the key to turning all the ladies in the Miss Fairy Tail Contest back to normal. Yu and Natsu were laying down for a moment while Gajeel went and looked for some metal around the inside of the Guild Hall to eat. Makarov was looking at the Enchantment until it changed. Happy was sitting right next to Natsu.

Makarov: "Boys look! The enchantment is changing!"

Yu and Natsu quickly sat up and Gajeel came back to the entrance.

Yu: "What's it say?"

Happy: "It says that Erza is fighting Evergreen right now!"

Natsu: "All right! Erza just has to beat Evergreen and Laxus won't have his hostages anymore."

As if on cue, the girls on the stage then changed back to normal. The boys noticed this and ran over to check on them.

Juvia: "Oh my, what happened to us?"

Levy: "I can't remember..."

Yu: "Guess Evergreen was beaten. That was faster than I thought."

Happy: "Lucyyy!!"

Happy suddenly flew right in between Lucy's breasts.

Lucy: "Uhhh, Happy?"

The enchantment then changed as well.

Makarov: "Erza vs Evergreen, the winner is: Erza. Ha! How's that Laxus, you're all out of hostages now boy. Can't continue your game now, can you!?"

Afterwards, Yu and the boys filled in the Miss Fairy Tail contestants on what was going on and what happened with Laxus.

Lucy: "So he's calling it the Battle of Fairy Tail huh?"

Cana: "Laxus outdid himself this time."

Makarov: "At any rate, it's over now. I was only playing along because your lives were at stake, but I'm not going to indulge him anymore."

Mirajane: "Master, we can't let him get away with hurting our friends."

Bisca: "She's right, someone needs to go put Laxus down or he's never going to learn!"

Makarov: "Ooooh don't worry about that. I'm going to give him a punishment that he won't forget anytime soon. He already knows better. You can mess with me, but I won't allow you to mess with my guild!"

Natsu: "Hold on a minute."

Everyone turned to face Natsu.

Natsu: "Using hostages was messed up, but there isn't anything wrong with seeing who is the strongest in the guild."

Yu suddenly knocked Natsu on the top of his head.

Yu: "Are you stupid, or are you just that foolish?"

Natsu: "What?"

Yu: "There's more to being the strongest than just raw fighting ability."

Natsu: "How?"
