Everyone then realized that they were stuck in a large enchantment square that prevented them all from leaving.

Happy: "Who could do such a thing?!"

Ichiya: "Please let me out I need to go!"

Gray: "If I had to take a guess I would say it's Freed's work."

Yu: "What would Freed be doing out here in the first place Gray?"

Gray: "He would be here to oh, I guess he doesn't have a reason to."

Yu: "When did Freed join the Custody Enforcement Unit?"

Gray: "Uhh, never?"

Yu: "Then that means...?"

Lucy: "It's someone in the Unit doing this?"

???: "That 'someone', would be me."

Everyone found themselves surrounded by a large army of men in white clothing, one person, in particular, standing closer to the group than the rest.

???: "I apologize, and assure you, we mean no harm, but we had to do something in order to restrain you."

Yu: "Would you introduce yourself?"

???: "I am Lahar, the Commander of the Magic Council's 4th Custody Enforcement Unit, and the leader of this army."

Gray: "There's a new Magic Council?!"

Lahar: "I'm not ordered to arrest you. I've been ordered to arrest the Oracion Seis. I recommend that you comply quietly and hand over the code-named 'Hoteye'."

Jura suddenly ran in front of everyone, causing the army to ready their weapons in response.

Jura: "No! I won't allow it!"

Hoteye: "It's fine Jura! I'll surrender to them."

Jura: "But Richard! Why?"

Hoteye: "I cannot continue on the path of virtue if I continue to let my past transgressions haunt me. This is my chance to atone for my sins. It will be for the best that I have a clean slate when I find my brother. That way, I will have nothing to hide! Don't you agree?"

Jura: "Indeed! May I continue the search for your brother in your stead?"

Richard: "You would do that for me?"

Jura: "It would be my honor too. All I ask is for his name."

Yu: "As in that Blockhead?!"
