Birthday celebration part 2

Lena's: POV
Once mama and I were back at the beach house. Stef was upstairs getting Grace and Hope dressed, Francesca came outside to help me with the bags
Mommy did you and get the twins birthday cake Francesca asked, yes baby we got everything on the list l prepared the other day Lena replied
Margaret already carried a couple of grocery bags inside leaving Francesca and me to finished unloading the car
I can't wait to see the look on your sister's faces once they see their presents Lena said. Mommy l feel your gonna like the decorations mama and I put up, Francesca tells her mother. I'm sure you guys put in a lot of hard work while nana and me were gone l know your sisters will appreciate everything you've done for their special day Lena hugs her daughter extra tight, mommy we gotta get these groceries in the house and I need to on up to get showered Francesca told Lena. She left the tricycles in the trunk and went in the house, Lena unpacked the bags and put the paper plates and napkins down onto the table. Lena just wanted to block out David Matthews from her mind and concentrate on her daughter's birthday, love did you get everything you needed from the store Stef asks as she came into the kitchen
The bakery did an excellent job on the cake. Grace and Hope will be super excited, where are the birthday girls
Lena states. Their in the living room watching the lion king Stef says to me
Stef took the finger sandwiches tray out the refrigerator and sat it down
Then Stef brought the fruit salad
Lena knows how much the girls love fruit salad. She didn't wanna make nothing over the top, Lena decided on something simple which Stef and I agreed on. Mommy when are we gonna eat cause l'm hungry Hope spoke, baby don't you look cute in your purple overalls and pink converse sneakers Lena told hope
Momma gave grace and I a bath
She did our hair, grandpa took us to the beach we got inside the water he held our hands mommy Hope explains. Wow it seems like you had a pretty productive day Hope, as soon as I get everything together we all can have lunch and sing happy birthday to you and your sister okay Lena Stated, Hope heads back towards the other room to finish watching the movie. Grace was deep into the program, hope climbed on to the couch. Both girls were on their best behavior, the dog jumped up on the sofa and laid beside Grace. Francesca came downstairs to see what her sisters were doing, oh you guys are looking at the lion king Francesca said
Francesca can you be quiet we're trying to watch the movie Hope said
Francesca leaves Grace and Hope alone and went to the kitchen to see what her parents were up to. Did you just hear what hope says to me, she tells me to be quiet cause they were watching a DVD Francesca States
It seems like we have a bossy one on our hands Stephanie Lena told her wife. Why are you blaming me for Hope's sassiness Stef replied, because Hope is so much like you she has your attitude, Lena replies whatever who does Hope goes to when she gets in trouble. Lena thought for a minute

While she was gone Stef headed to the living room to check on Grace and Hope.
