Lena's: POV
After a Day of sledding with Stef and the girls. We went to the lodge returned the sleds, and enjoyed a nice hot cup of cocoa
All Hope couldn't stop talking about how much fun she had going down the hill on the sled with her mama. I didn't realize how everything turned out this afternoon
Grace didn't say too much cause but once we sat down Grace began talking to Hope
While Stef went to use the restroom. Stef made reservations for us to do something later on, l can't wait to see what Stef has planned. Mommy when are we going back to the cottage Hope asks me, baby we'll leave in a little while aren't you having a good time Lena questioned her daughter
Yes mommy l am nana said once we get back we were going to bake chocolate chip walnut cookies Hope states, l'm sure nana wouldn't start without you baby Lena said
Grace just shook her head as she sipped on her cocoa, Stef returned to the table and took a seat in the booth next to Lena
She put her hand on Lena's thigh. Everyone was content drinking their drinks, we really should be heading back because l heard there's gonna be some snow coming in around midnight there calling for 7 to 10 inches Stef says to me. Do you think it will be cleared up by the time we leave next week, Lena asked her wife babe l thought you loved snowy weather Stef Stated.
I do but it's the ice storms I'm not too crazy about Lena replies. Does anybody have to go to the bathroom before we go said Stef
I do mama Grace, me too Hope says
Alright babies come on so we can be on our way. Stef winks at Lena who smiles at her wife, the biracial woman lifted up the girls into her arms and carried them to the bathroom. While Stef took care of the check for there hot beverages, Lena went into the stall with Grace and Hope. Grace used the toilet first, and then Grace. Lena figured she'll wait till they return back to the cabin
Lena wanted to use the bathroom in the privacy of her own home. After the twins were through handling their business
Lena Assistant them in washing there hands, mommy can you pick us again Grace asks. Lena thought about it briefly
Eventually she gave in to her daughter's request, Lena picked Grace and Hope back up in her arms. Out the door they went
Stef held Hopes coat open for her to slipped in arms inside, Lena helped Grace with hers. She put on her own, once everybody was all bundled up. The three exited the lodge, Stef pressed down on the key
That unlocked the doors automaticly
Grace Hope climbed into their booster seats
Lena got them strapped in. Stef started up ignition, Lena slid in the passager seat and fasten her seat belt. Stef pulled out the parking space, did everyone have a good time this afternoon Stef asked the girls
We had fun mama Hope answered for herself and Grace who was looking at the pretty houses as they drove by. Lena turned the radio to listened to some relaxing music
