After the lady from the city came and inspected the house left. I tried to calm myself down, from the conversation between Shannon and I it put a sour taste in my mouth about the things she had said to me. When I was the one who put eighty percent of my money into funded the group home, whereas through Shannon only invested twenty percent into my company
For her to say those hurtful things to me
I realized I give her too much control.
I feel there needs to be some changes made
I'm gonna let Shannon run the old house and I'll be in charge with the new one
I will call it one step, l called Sasha to inform her the new changes and I wanted to come in to work as my personal assistant
She'll be in charge of the new clients and do their intake appointments. I'm gonna have to hired a whole staff, Shannon can manage new Haven children's home
Lena goes back into the house to grab my stuff and head home to spend time with my family, Shannon's has already left and return back to work. I locked up the house
I have to come back tomorrow to let the painters in so they can get start on the job
I know l'm gonna need to tell my wife what happened, she already doesn't like Shannon as it is. I'm beginning to see Shannon for who she is now. I have always been a good judge of character, l know what I gotta do. When I get home send Shannon a message letting her know she can take over as acting director of new haven. I'm not sure if I like the new name l choosen . I like new horizon better
I need to go to office Depot to get some business cards made up as a sign for the front door, l wanna have a open house once I get everything sorted out and let people come out to what I have in store for the new building.
