I woke up to a empty bed with a note and a rose on the pillow from Stef she went to whole foods to pick up some last minute groceries. She said their was a bottle water on the night stand along with pain medicine the doctor prescribe, l see there was small refrigerator probably filled with meal replacement shakes. I have the most amazing wife in the world who puts my needs ahead of her own. She's seen the bruises on my ribs. Stef didn't finch once she saw them, she drew me a nice hot bath filled with pepper mint and Epsom salt . I soaked in the tub for two hours, l've been doing a lot of thinking the last few days. I'm considering moving the group home to another building and make new memories. I don't wanna go back to the old one because it's we're l was attacked in my office
