After looking at all six houses my realtor Kathy showed me this morning. I decided to go with the home that had fourteen bedrooms and five bathrooms, a three car garage furnished basement, the price was 420,000 thousand dollars. I wrote out a check for a partial payment in the amount of 30,000 thousand dollars. I wanted my contractor to come in and make sure everything was in order even though the home has been on the market for six months. I know Mark is going through the house with a fine tooth comb and see what things need to be fixed, before I call the city inspector to come out. Any time your dealing with the city it's standard protocol
For them to have a licence agent to come and inspect the potential property, we received funds from the city along with other organizations. That's this house needs to pass inspection, since nobody else has bid on the house it's pretty much mine
Kathy says she'll call me in a couple of days
Once she keys in all the information in the system. I stopped by the wine and spirits store to pick up a bottle of southern home
I spoke with my business partner Shannon and gave her a rundown about the new house, she was happy to hear about it

I put the wine in the refrigerator. Honey was there any calls while I was out Lena asked her wife, yeah Kathy called to say your offered was accepted on the house
Stef tells. She told me that it would take a few days to get all the paperwork in the system, Lena replies as she shows Stef pictures of the house she chose on her phone. Wow it's looks like a museum

One l believe is a middle school and elementary school, but l know it's going to be major adjustment. I'm gonna have to text mark our contractor and schedule an appointment, so he and I go over to the new spot. That way he can make changes if needed, plus l need to call the city inspector to come out. Lena stated this was a big deal for Lena to have all her basics covered
