preparing for the grand opening of new horizon

Lena's: POV
It's been a month since l was release from the hospital. Today l am preparing for the grand opening for the new group home
New horizon, that's due to opened up in a few weeks. I decided to hired a party planner to help me get things set up for the opening, so far everything is coming together. I've have employed an amazing team of workers who would be working under my leadership, l sat down with them each of individually to conduct interviews
Out of the ten. Five l was extremely impressed with but l felt the others didn't meant the criteria, Sasha will be running new haven children's home. Because she's been one of my faithful ones who's been with me the longest and l trust her more than anybody, Annie will still remain as our child psychologist and jasmine's position would remain the same. So would Ashley as the caseworker, Emma is the accountant who handles the books. Tasha is the office manger who's taking over Sasha's role. My new sectary Sara who's an older woman, with fifteen years of office experience. Everybodies child abuse clearance and background checks came back clean, the last thing l needed for someone with a recond to put these children's lives in harms way. They've been through enough trauma in their lives, it was best to have the gala for new horizon

We received a lot of donations for the group home, everything from books
furniture, bedroom sets, office chairs desk
vouchers from some of the top super markets in Seatte, Walmart found of what we were doing so they decided to come on board as a contributor. We have a couple of new sponsors who wanted to come in to lend there support, some donated money others wanted to volunteer. When l went back into the fellowship hall to see how April was doing with the decorations, l enter inside and was immediately blown away with the setup. I'm amazed how you guys got everything acomplish in the three short hours Lena replies, well l know you wanted everything taken care of for tomorrow's festivities
April tells me. Yes l did but l had no idea things to be done so quickly says Lena
You hired my team to do a job and that's what we did, plus we know how much this opening means to you. Plus you paid us in advance, we got all the stuff from party city
