Nidal had just got back from being at the grocery store.
As he walked through the front door, he noticed that something was off. He could hear his wife, Salish, crying from the bathroom. Worried, he rushed over to see what was wrong.
When he entered the bathroom, he saw Salish sitting on the floor, tears streaming down her face. Nidal's heart sank as he realized that she was in pain.
"Can you help me up, please?" Salish asked, her voice weak.
Nidal didn't hesitate. He immediately reached out and helped her up, supporting her as she struggled to stand. He could see that she was in a lot of pain and he knew that he needed to act fast. He stopped her carying her to the bed laying her down.
