Nidal would not let Salish do anything that he thought could harm the baby. He would not let her lift anything heavy, climb stairs, or even walk too fast. He would always be by her side, making sure that she was comfortable and safe.
Salish understood that Nidal was just trying to take care of her, but sometimes his overprotectiveness became too much for her to handle. She felt like she was losing her independence and was unable to do anything without Nidal's permission.
One day, Salish decided to talk to Nidal about his behavior.
