Salish was six months pregnant and was eagerly waiting for the arrival of her first child. She was excited and nervous at the same time. Her husband, Nidal, was always by her side, supporting her through every step of her pregnancy.
One day, started experiencing severe pain in her lower back and rectal area. She was unable to sit or stand for long periods, and the pain was becoming unbearable. Nidal immediately took her to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with haemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoid Salish was devastated. She had heard horror stories about the pain and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids, and she was worried about the impact it would have on her pregnancy.
