Bio: The eldest daughter of the Toga's family, Hitsami was born giftied as she was the smartest in her family and went through school with ease. As her younger sister Himiko was born she became overprotective towards her younger sister, as their parents was at disgust at the young girl who was drinking the blood from a bird. As she hit her adulthood, she became a hero to help people and watch over her sister until she ran away from the house and becoming a villain, she was shock from her sister action and went out to find her. Months has passed as she didn't find Himiko, Hitsami fell into an depressed state as her friends tries tp get her out of the state, she was stuck in that state for a year until she was reunited with her sister as she stopped a group of villains. At first she was enraged that her sister was being a villain but she soon calmed down as she was happy that her sister was okay as they kept in contact with each other as Hitsami hated the group she was with expect for Twice who she find funny. Now she's the number 8th hero of Japan and still doing her best of being a hero for the city and for her little sister.

Hates: villains(expect her sister and twice), Dabi(calls him a drama queen), AFO, Hawk(sometimes), romance movies, running out of snakes, seeing ehr friends hurt

Description: Have the ability to use her own blood as if it lands on something she can ignite the blood into flames as the more blood is on the object and the more she uses the hotter the flames will get.
Drawback: Will lose conciousiness if she uses too much blood, she isn't immune to her own blood flames
