Taylor's words caused a huge reaction, making the family quite chaotic right now.
But Edel was quite delightful to hear those words coming out from his elder brother. In the middle of that storm, the youngest Stan saw a way to fulfill his dream: to become a magical healer.
It was known that Edel was talented in anatomic stuff and really into ways to make potions that could cure Taylor's legs. And imagine his surprise when Taylor came back to the mansion standing on his feet! 
Edel felt useless but touched at the same time because his hyung-nim did not need his help at all, and he wasn't able to give him a reason to stay strong despite the tragedy...but...he eventually found a way to cure that damned cropped legs of his.
"But to you, Edel, I'll grant you freedom."
