Camping 1.

The cold air of the night hit the group of friends like a ghost trying to steal their souls.
"It's fucking cold out here. Is this forest homophobe ?"
Darcy scoffed, making the rest of their group laugh.
"You're the one, who wanted to go camping !"
Tara smiled at her girlfriend.
"You could have told me how shitty camping is."
I laughed , even though I needed to admit it was cold.
"You're cold ?"
I could feel shivers run down my spine, as Nick whispered against my ear.
"Who wouldn't be?"
I turned to look at him.
"I'm fine."
I raised an eyebrow.
"You're not."
"I am!"
"You're not."
"You want me to prove it ?"
"Yes sure, go ahead."
Nick shrugged before opening his jacket.
"Here , take this."
He handed it over to me.
"And now?"
"You're supposed to wear it, stupid."
He smiled at me before turning back to our friends, who were still talking.
He's straight Charlie.
Straight.
Like he just likes girls.
You're not a girl Charlie.
Remember , you're not a girl.

"Shouldn't we like ... Idk stop and rest until tomorrow ?"
Tao suggested.
"Finally !"
Elle dropped everything she was holding, like she was just waiting for someone to say something.
"I was done a mile ago."
With that she let herself fall to the ground.
"Okay, who has the tents?"
Tao looked at me confused.
"Tents ? I have a tent."
"Like one ?"
Now even Isaac seemed to be interested in the conversation.
"Uhm yeah."
We all looked at Tao in shocked.
"Tao."
We all turned our heads towards Nick.
"How are we supposed to fit into one single tent."
My best friend shrugged with his shoulder.
"It will work somehow."

"Move !"
Darcy tried to push me aside.
"Theres no fucking place to move!"
"Well I'm not into boys , so I'm not gonna sleep next to one."
"What the ..."
I groaned.
"We need to make more space, Tao isn't in here yet."
Elle waved with her hands to get our attention.
"Here's not enough place for 7 people Elle and Tao was the one, who fucked it up. So he's the one, who will sleep outside."
Tara gestured between us all.
"Well we need to make it fit. Tao is not sleeping outside."
"And how were supposed to do that ?"
"Sleep on top of each other."
Darcy looked at Elle dumbfounded.
"Who?"
"You and Tara. You're the only couple here."
"No no no. No fucking way. Darcy tosses around in her sleep like she's running a marathon. I'm not letting her sleep on top of me."
Darcy nodded in agreement.
"Besides you and Tao are basically a couple and you just say we're friend.
Bla bla bla.
So why don't you sleep on top of each other. Again Tao fucked it up."
"What no !"
"It was legit your idea !"
How long would it take until they would start to fight. Would I find it cool, if they fight ?
I don't think so.
But it would be funny.

"We will do it."
We all turned around to Nick, who was laying to my left. He looked at us like he just said the most logical thing in the world.
"We like you and..?"
"Me and Charlie."
Wait what. Hold on a minute. Didn't remember to agree to that one..
"Charlie like.."
I starred at him for a second. Now Nick turned his head towards me too.
"Like you.
Or is here another Charlie ?"
Does he know that I'm a guy? Like I am a guy right ?
Before I could even protest, Elle clapped in here hands.
"Wonderful thank you guys."
I-
Could we like stop here for a second ? I need to process what is happening to me right now.
I'm dreaming right ?
Is this a good dream or a night mare ?
I'm having a prober full of gay crisis.
