Nyx POV
I can’t move my body. And I have no idea where I am, or how much time has passed. I think im laying in a bed but I can’t tell for certain. There are voices in the other room and fear starts to course through my veins. Don’t worry I can do this, it’s hard to convince myself that I’ll get out of this when they’ve completely incapacitated me.
It sounds like there are about three people in the other room, one of them is pacing back and forth

Footsteps coming towards me, it’s sending me into a panic but I need to pretend to sleep. Even if I wanted to there’s nothing I can do right now to defend myself anyway

The next thing I heard was the sound of a gun, the safety being turned off, and him running into the other room
A round of shots and I heard him coming back into the room where I am.
*okay now that’s taken care of, it’s time to move to the next location*
His phone started to ring, he stopped what he was doing and answered his phone
*Hey boss, what’s going on?*
*I need an update, when are you moving to the next location*
*Were just about to head out now*

What the fuck. So he’s using me to get money and then he’s going to kill me. I wish this game of cat and mouse would end already. My body has taken a beating just from them knocking me out I have no idea what else has been happening and I’m scared to find out
He picked me up and moved me out of wherever I am right now, I heard the sound of an elevator running and the push of a button
I’m trying so hard to stay awake but I keep dozing off, the next thing I knew I was in the back of the van laying down, and he was driving us somewhere else.

Hongjoong POV
I feel so drained, I haven’t been able to sleep since she’s been gone, I’ve barely eaten anything and I’ve just been surviving off coffee trying to come up with a game plan. We should be landing in Japan any minute now. I feel as if I’ve gone a little delusional from the lack of sleep, but nothing helps anyway. We have today to keep coming up with ideas and I have to continue updating the rest of the leaders. The good news is that Callie won’t be alone, were going to take care of her when Stray Kids have to do their set
-I hope you’ve had a wonderful flight this beautiful morning, and welcome to Japan-
Fucking finally. It felt like we were in the plane forever. It’s going to be how it always is, were going to be greeted with paparazzi and some of Atiny and Stay while we make our way to the vehicles.
Racing through the crowd as fast as we can, I’m just so desperate to get to the hotel and continue to brainstorm. Thanks to our managers we were able to get a hotel relatively close to the venue.
Riding in the van and it’s nothing but silence. With all of us having the same goal in mind, to get our girl back. I wish this had never happened to her. I love her so much and I know the guys love her so much as well. But if I could, I would have traded this, so she never had to go through any of this and we wouldn’t have been able to be with her. I just want her to be happy, and it’s beating me apart that I haven’t been able to protect her the way I want. She continues to sacrifice herself for others so we don’t get hurt, but we hurt in a different way because she’s not here, she’s the one that holds us together, she’s the one that holds us up
Arriving at the hotel, we all put our travel bags into our rooms and then meet in mine and Yeosangs room.
Now that everyones here it’s time to talk game plan

Nyx POV
Ive managed to keep myself awake, but it feels like we’ve been driving for hours, not like I can keep track of time right now anyway. It sounds busy outside, I wish I could sit up and look around
*Okay, okay were almost there. Please don’t let anything happen. Just this once*
What is he going on about. I feel like I’m so close to finally fighting out who he is but I still can’t pinpoint it
Next thing I knew the car was being parked and he was carrying me again, the sounds of a busy airport filling my ears. Uh oh. Where are we going now…

Hongjoong POV
I felt my phone go off in my pocket and completely forgotten to check my notifications after we got off the plane. A text from another unknown number
~not to worry, she’s relatively safe for now but I’m not sure how long, I hope I’ve left enough so you can put some pieces of the puzzle together~
There’s an attachment as well. I clicked on it and saw a picture of her laying in bed and after zooming in on the photo I can see exactly which hotel they were at and where we need to go next
*Ive just received another message. And as it turns out, there’s someone that appears to be helping us on the inside*
