I woke up in so much pain scared not knowing where I was. "Where am I!" I couldn't really see my vision was blurry. "Tatyanna it's Chris I'm here calm down your in the hospital". I hear someone else come in and I could feel them close by. "Ms.Harris I'm DR.Lion you're going to need to stay in the hospital for a while got some broken ribs and just need to be observed". "Doctor I can't see". "I'll get a nurse to check out your eye really quick and bring some medicine in a hour". I hear the door close then it open again "Hello Ms.Harris I'm matti your nurse I'm going to clean up your face a bit more it might hurt a little". I cringed from the pain after a few more wipes she stopped. "Open them". I looked around I was happy to be alive I cried and held her hand. "Your lucky now rest up honey". Chris sat next to me holding my hand and I saw tears build in his eyes. "Chris why'd you let this happen for so long they said they told you a few days ago but never showed up". "I'm sorry Taty I was trying to do this in a smart way but thankfully Jr came and saved you". "Really? Chris I'm kinda disappointed ". "I'm sorry Taty please don't be mad I never been in that situation I don't want to lose you , I'll be here to take care of you I love you Taty" l looked into his eyes he looked so sincere I held his hands and smiled.

"Okay Chris can you get me some clothes please you know my size". "Yes Taty I'll get you some clothes and bring it back tomorrow after work alright". "Yeah that's fine now give me a kiss so I can go to sleep" he pecked my lips then kissed my forehead after he left I just started at the ceiling thinking how I wanted to change my life. I promised to better myself and that's exactly what I am going to do.

Next morning the nurse came and brought my meds she told me I had two broken ribs , my face was fucking swollen , and since I only are once from being in there I could have some serious problems. The door opened up it was Jr. "Oh my god Jr I'm so glad your here". "What up Taty how you feeling?"."Like shit". Then Jr looks back and Cay moved up she looked annoyed yet calm I don't care she didn't go through what I went through she can be petty all she want. "Oh hey Casha". "Hey Taty I'm glad your safe" she says but it doesn't seem real but whatever I'm happy to be alive. "Thanks" I smiled at her. "Jr I'll be out in the waiting room" she says then leave.

"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed?" . He laughed and sat on the edge of my bed he looked like something was on his mind. "What's wrong Jr?". "I have to tell you something but you probably won't take it well". "Just tell me nothing is worse than what I just went through". "I told Cay that we slept together well technically she saw it , but I'm thinking of asking her to marry me" I looked at him and laughed at first but he was serious I couldn't breath I was fighting to breath I started seeing black then my nurses rushed in. I calmed down after a little and Jr looked at me but wasn't really looking at me. "Jr you know what I wish y'all the best do you Jr have a great life with her alright , that's all i have to say". "Come on Taty don't be like that". "What do you want me to say Jr ? Huh ? That I give you my blessing or something ? Am I suppose to fucking be happy and act like it's all cool ?, look Jr right now wasn't the right time to tell me that shit maybe after I got out." I stopped for a second to breath "Look Jr congrats alright y'all have a beautiful baby boy together so love happily ever after Jr ". "Bye Taty I'll be back to see you maybe tomorrow or after" I nodded and covered my head.
