Kim Ijun, a member of the boy group 'OneSeven,' found himself lost in thought as he rode a taxi after leaving Yeonseo's hospital room.

Kim Ijun and Yeonseo were not particularly close, and his visit to his hospital room was an impulsive decision. Passing by the hospital, he thought, "Since his life is at risk, out of 0.3 grams of loyalty, excluding 0.3 grams because he wanted to mock Yeonseo lying on the hospital bed with a pathetic appearance.

"Never thought they'd let me in just because I came out."

To his surprise, Yeonseo had regained consciousness after two weeks and, instead of stopping him, the staff had let him into his room without hesitation.

"So, why are you here? Without even contacting me."

"You probably blocked my number."

Yeonseo, with bandages on his head and one arm, and a pale face, didn't seem mockable at all. Kim Ijun asked if he was in a lot of pain, reluctantly expressing concern.

"Is that the only reason you came all the way here? To mock me. You came to ridicule me."

"Well, yeah. Honestly, it's a bit annoying. How does it feel to be left behind even by supporting roles because you can't act?"

Although Kim Ijun responded sarcastically, he added, "But I'm not such a heartless guy to insult someone in such a condition, unlike others."

Yeonseo, with a mocking tone, questioned if they still resented him. Kim Ijun mentioned Yeonseo's encounter with the former teammates at an awards ceremony, the deep resentment in their eyes, and how they avoided being near him.

"Are you still holding a grudge against me?"

"Of course. Even though it's been five or six years since you left. Maybe for you, it's been a long time, but for me and our members, it was like yesterday."

Their conversation escalated into an argument, and Kim Ijun felt his frustration building up. He held back from hitting him, realizing it wouldn't be appropriate.

"You, Kim Ijun."

"What."

"Stop acting petty like everyone else, especially towards me."

"What? Petty?"

"Don't bother with me and live your life. You look pitifully desperate."

Yeonseo's expression was hard to understand, but he seemed somewhat pleased. He appreciated that he was one of the very few who visited her during this time.

As Kim Ijun recalled the faces of his former team members from the award ceremony, he couldn't help but feel a surge of anger, resentment, and a sense of being slighted.

"Anyway, you reversed your fortunes; I'll give you that. Finally, your investment paid off."

"What?"

Kim Ijun chuckled at Yeonseo's puzzled reaction. It had been two years since OneSeven had experienced a reversal of fortune, suddenly rising to fame. Why was Yeonseo bringing up something from two years ago?

"Why? Is there something I don't know?"

Yeonseo hesitated for a moment, as if struggling to say something. When she finally spoke, it was as if he had gained clarity since waking up.

"They renewed the contract, right? Anyway, don't worry about the CEO; he's not the type to exploit. Live your life without concerns."

"What? What's going on?"
