Yoo Yeonseo is a crazy person.

This was something Itaegyeom had always thought during his time as Yoo Yeonseo's 12th manager.

"That guy isn't just your average crazy person; I, a normal person, have to understand him with the patience akin to the sea."

He worked as her 12th manager for only about three months, the longest record among managers who had gone through Yoo Yeonseo.

Anyway, during those three short months, he had to endure Yoo Yeonseo's relentless personality numerous times.

"Hey, did you just brew this and call it coffee?"

"Can't you do anything right?"

That much was tolerable. There were many entertainers besides Yoo Yeonseo who treated their managers like emotional trash cans.

But Yoo Yeonseo didn't just curse openly; his skill at getting under people's skin was exceptional. And it wasn't just the managers he treated badly; he behaved equally unpleasantly to everyone.

"Can't you even handle that one thing? Are you even a manager?"

"You can't even do this properly and yet you're still alive? How do you even manage to live?"

"Why don't you just leave?"

If he left, who else would be the manager?

Despite all this, Itaegyeom endured the longest because he was simple-minded. While he would stress out when confronted, he would forget about it when turned away.

"If that jerk keeps this up, it wouldn't be strange if he gets murdered someday."

But that didn't mean he forgot about everything that had happened.

"It's been a while, hasn't it?"

But after the accident, Yoo Yeonseo wasn't crazy anymore; he became strange.

He no longer exhibited sudden bursts of anger or irritation as if being chased by something.

His way of subtly getting under people's skin remained, but there was a sense that he had become less harmful than before. Thanks to this, being her manager became much easier.

"Why do you even bother acting?"

"Why, don't you think I'm suited for it?"

"Why would someone as rich and good-looking as you bother being an entertainer?"

He could live comfortably off his stock dividends alone. As Itaegyeom muttered, Yoo Yeonseo looked at the pile of scripts in front of him.

"It's fun."

"What?"

"If I act, I could be anything, not just the heir of a conglomerate."

As he said this, there was a sparkle in her eyes as she picked out a script. There wasn't much sparkle in his eyes before. At best, it was tolerable when the cameras were rolling.

"Really?"

Watching Yoo Yeonseo like that, Itaegyeom couldn't help but think unconsciously that he seemed to have found more enthusiasm for life than before.

Lost in thought, Itaegyeom glanced at Yu Sung's Chairman.

"I'll... pretend I didn't hear that."

"What?"

Leaning forward from his chair, Yu Chunho, who had been leaning against the backrest, looked intrigued.

"I have a lot built up against him, and if I do what you ask, I won't feel any guilt, but... I keep feeling like this isn't right. I'm sorry."
