I have been busted for wearing a short skirt numerous times. And I would like to call bullshit to the stand.

Wow really? You know what is really distracting? The 9,941 degree Fahrenheit sun that is beaming down on me.
Dress codes are ridiculous.
They are made to make sure woman feel like shit about themselves.
I'm not saying that everyone should run around naked, I'm saying that if it 108 degrees Fahrenheit outside I am wearing a pair of shorts. I don't give one fuck if a boy with his pants falling off his ass gets a boner.

You know why I couldn't finish the test? Because a boy who smells like he bathed in Ax body spray is catcalling me instead of doing his test. But sure, I'll go to the principles office and call my mother for a new shirt.
I came to school dressed in a tank top and shorts because it was very warm. Not to give Jimmy a boner.
