Sorry about not updating sooner! Just like to give credit to sabs-sabs for the amazing idea of the camping trip :)

Connie had been right earlier - Grace had got so many clothes in her basket that it took her about 45 minutes to try them all on. After buying over two thirds of the clothes, and spending just short of £200, Connie and Grace left the store.

"Holy moly, how many clothes does one girl need?" Jacob shouted as he saw Connie come out, carrying 4 full carrier bags.

"There's a shoe shop nearby I said she could have a look in, if you don't mind. She's got some lovely outfits, and all lovely outfits need matching shoes, right princess?" Grace nodded, and Connie turned to speak to Jacob again. "You don't happen to know where it is, do you babe?" Jacob smiled, and pointed down to where a small passage led on to more shops.

"First one you come to after you go out of that passage. Are we going down together, and then leaving Gracie to do her shopping, and she can call us when she's done?"

"That sounds fine to me, Grace?" Grace was trying to pull Connie to the store already - shoe shopping was her second most favourite type of shopping!

"Yes, come on mum!" Connie and Jacob laughed, and they found the shoe shop in no time at all. "I'll call you when I'm done," Grace said, laughing.

"Okay, sweetheart. Don't be too long," Connie said.

"Oh, I forgot to ask," Grace said before running inside the shoe shop. "What did you do while I was in Primark? Because I thought you'd be shopping but you didn't have any bags." Jacob looked at Connie, unsure of what to say, and Connie just smiled.

"We already put them in the car," Connie smiled. Grace nodded in understanding, kissed her mum on the cheek, and said goodbye to them both before running in to the shoe shop. Connie and Jacob turned away, and he had his arm resting around her as they walked together in perfect unison. "Jacob?" Connie asked, once they had began to walk away.

"I know," he replied. "We need to buy something else now, so Grace doesn't ask us what we've got in the car. What were you thinking of buying?" Connie laughed - Jacob could read her like a book.

"I don't need anything, do you?"

"I have the world's most amazing girlfriend, what more could I possibly want?" He kissed her forehead, and Connie felt the butterflies take flight in her stomach. "What's more, I have the world's most amazing girlfriend, plus two hundred and thirty pounds worth of sex toys that we can use together." That made Connie laugh, and he tightened his grip around her as they continued to walk to the centre of the square.

"Since you've got the world's most amazing girlfriend," Connie began, turning to face him and swinging her arms loosely around his neck. "Would you mind trailing around M&S with her? Because she might as well get some groceries in while she has some free time." Connie smiled sweetly, and Jacob watched her, falling deeper in love with every passing second.

"Stop referring to yourself in the third person," he whispered. "You're the most amazing girlfriend in the world, and you need to know that." He leant down and kissed her softly, and Connie was shocked at the gesture. It was the sweetest, most gentle kiss that they had ever shared, and she didn't want to move in fear of losing the excellent feeling. He swept his tongue across her lower lip, and once she granted him access, he slipped inside with ease. It was as if the outside world had disappeared, and it was just the two of them left on the earth. She felt herself go weak at the knees as he continued to massage her mouth with his tongue. His hands were placed softly over her cheeks (hers were resting on his waist) and Connie's hair was blowing in the gentle wind. After a while of gentle snogging, they broke free, looking at each other lovingly. That was the most perfect kiss that she had ever experienced - possibly the most perfect kiss of her life - and her head was still trying to recover.
