Two months had passed since Connie went dress shopping, and they had got most of their wedding plans sorted. The two of them were lying in bed one night, talking about how much they'd actually done in the last few months, and they began to talk about when they had told everyone that they were engaged...

"Jacob!" Connie called from the living room. He was making a cup of tea and had Charlie over his shoulder, but he soon appeared round the corner and sat next to her, giving her a coffee. "I need to tell you something." Connie was making wedding invitations, and she'd sorted out almost everything. They were decorated with a fancy blue border, and had the location, and the date on there. They had decided that they were going to hire a private jet, as Connie knew someone in the business who could get them a good deal, and it was the only way that they could think of to get everyone over to their resort. They were going to leave on the 23rd November, and then come back on the 30th, and have their wedding on the 25th. They were going to have their hen/bucks night on the 22nd, and then get the plane to Bora Bora in the middle of the afternoon on the 23rd. They could take a maximum of 50 people abroad with them, which wasn't a lot, but they supposed that it didn't need to be, so long as the most important people were there.

"What do you need to tell me?" Jacob asked.

"Our names have to go on this invitation," she murmured, and he laughed.

"Well of course they do, Connie. We're getting married!"

"Our middle names." Jacob smirked, as Connie had found his out a while ago and had mocked him ridiculously.

"Any worse than Jacob Charles Masters?" He asked, and she smiled as he said it.

"Try Constance Yvette Beauchamp." She looked up at him, and he looked like he was about to burst into fits of giggles. "Oh, shut up! I've got to put this on our wedding invitation!"

"It makes you sound so sweet and innocent," he laughed, and then wrapped his arm around her waist. "It's not as bad as it could've been, baby, and besides, I like it."

"Really?"

"Really really." She laughed, as she typed their names on the top of the invitation, and printed fifty of them out. They had a list of who they were going to invite: Jacob's close family, Connie's close family, some of their close friends that they'd met together, and then some of the ED staff. As the jet only seated fifty, obviously four of those seats were going to be taken up by Connie, Jacob, Grace and Charlie, and then two seats at the front had to be left for legal reasons. That meant that only 44 people could be invited, only since a lot of the ED staff had to work, and they couldn't just all take a week off together, it was easier than they first anticipated.

Connie and Jacob went to work together the next morning, and called a small staff meeting to hand out the invitations. Connie explained that herself and Jacob were getting married in a month, as few people actually knew, and that they would've loved to have taken all of the ED, but obviously that wasn't possible. By the time family, and friends of family, had been sent out, there were only twelve people that Connie and Jacob could invite from the ED.

"So, again, we're deeply sorry that you can't all come to the wedding, but we have narrowed it down to twelve people we'd like to invite." Connie said.

"So, Robyn, Lofty, Max and Louise, you four are invited if you can make it." Jacob loved this - he loved talking about his wedding - his wife-to-be - with all of his best friends.

"Rita, Zoe, obviously I need my bridesmaids there, and we'd also like to invite Ian, Dixie, Tess and I'm going to invite Jac from upstairs. Now, the two most important invitations," Connie said with a smile. "Charlie Fairhead, aside from Jacob, you are the most important man in my life. I need you at my wedding regardless, but I'd be honoured to have you stood by my side at the altar. It's a lot to ask, I know, but would you please give me away? You're more of a father to me than my own ever was, and it really would mean a lot to me." Charlie had tears in his eyes, and he nodded happily. Connie too was emotional, and so she walked up to Charlie and hugged him tightly, which was something she rarely did. "Thank you for saying yes," she whispered to him, and he pulled back to look at her.
