Chapter 14: Fitting in to School

Zuko's P.O.V

I couldn't sleep at all.  The Avatar may be alive.  I'll lose my honour once again.

The thought of going to see my uncle crossed my mind.  I got up and threw a cloak on.  I walked out of my room.

"Where are you going at such a late time?"  I turned to see Sasori.
"It's none of your concern."  I turned to him and glared.
"You look shady.  It is my concern."  He said and I furrowed my eyebrows.

Why do I need to see uncle anyways?  He wouldn't want to see me.  Plus he betrayed the fire nation.  Forget it!

"I'll go in the morning."  I walked back in my room.

Rin's P.O.V

We were running on water as Aang and the others were on Appa hiding in a cloud.

"I think I see a cave below."  Aang said as we slowly came on land towards the cave.
"Shh!!!  Keep quiet!"  Sokka whisper yelled.

The cloud slowly but loudly disappeared.

Sokka immediately jumped off and leaned against a wall.

"Great job with the cloud camo, but next time let's disguise ourselves as the kind of cloud who knows how to keep its mouth shut."  Sokka said crossing his arms and staring cautiously.

"Yah, would want a bird to hear us chatting up there and turn us in."  Toph said sarcastically and Sokka glared.
"Sokka you're overreacting."  I said bring his attention towards me.
"Hey!  We are in enemy territory.  Those are enemy birds."  Sokka said pointing at few birds who were on the rock above him.

One jumped on his head and made a 'caw' sound making us all laugh.

We made our way closer to the gave. 

"Rin!"  I heard and I was pulled back by Shikamaru.  A large sand arm came to view.

"AHHHH!"  Sokka was gripped and pulled up into the air.

"Sokka!"  Katara yelled about to water bend.
"Wait!"  I yelled stopping her.
"What do you mean?!  Sokka's in danger!"  She slapped my hand away.
"You can't wet the sand!"  I yelled walking towards it.
"Rin!  What are you doing?!"  Shikamaru yelled.
"The sand...  It's familiar..."

"HELLO?!  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET ME DOWN?!" Sokka yelled.

"Gaara!!!"  Naruto yelled and Sokka was slowly brought to the ground.  The sand slowly retreated and Katara immediately ran to his aid.

Naruto ran in the cave and I quickly followed behind. 

"Temari!!!"  I hugged the woman.
"Rin?!"  She stared at me shocked.

"Kankuro!"  I immediately hugged the man.
"Hey!"  He hugged back.

I slowly made my way to the red headed man.  He stared at me for awhile. 

"Rin?"
"Gaara?"

I slowly made my way towards him and hugged him tightly.

"I can't believe you are here..."  I said as he hugged me back.
"Me too."  He said in his raspy voice.

"How did you get here?"  Gaara asked me.
"We fell out of the sky."  I laughed.
"You too, huh?"  He smiled.
