After a while, Sans went to his room and left you to sleep on the couch. You used the blanket from earlier and didn't need a pillow because the couch was squishy enough. After you'd said the things about keeping your pals happy, Sans seemed... relieved.
It took quite some time for you to fall asleep, but when you did, you slept like a rock. You would have said "like a baby", but babies always wake up in the middle of the night because they're babies. You had a short little dream about Frisk wrapping you up in the blanket and Sans resting his head on you. As Sans rested his head on you, you woke from your slumber because somebody kept touching you.
"psst, (y/n). you awake?"
You groaned as you woke up and looked at Sans through tired eyes.
"Yes. Sure. What?"
Sans laughed quietly and answered your sleepy little question.
"wanna go to grillby's? i know it's early, but c'mon."
A sigh escaped you and you sat up, squinting at the small amount of light coming through the window.
"Sure... what time is it?"
"uhh... it's like five am."
"Wow, you're up early."
You and Sans woke up a bit more and walked to Grillby's. Not even half way there, Sans disappeared, leaving you in the snow. You continued to walk to Grillby's, remembering where it was located from when you walked by yesterday.
"hey, kid, it turns out grillby opened up a bit early."
With a sigh, you pat Sans's shoulder and walk inside the building. Upon entering, you see other monsters sitting at tables and a bartender who seemed to be made out of fire. Everyone told Sans he was up really early along with their greetings.
"You come here often?"
"yep. almost everyday."
You stared at Sans intensely for a moment before he spoke once again.
"okay, everyday."
You laughed and sat down next to Sans on a couple of barstools at the counter.
