Asgore reached out and grabbed your arm, pulling you up and into the air. He was tall. Very tall.

"You two lied to me."

Asgore reached over and grabbed the Skelebrothers by their arms and stomped out of Papyrus's room, down the stairs, and all the way to the castle. He was practically running. Things went from bad to worse as Asgore pretty much threw you three onto the giant bed of flowers he had.

"The human's soul will be taken, and you two will be executed. There's no other way... we can't have traitors here."

You yelled at Asgore in the most strong and defensive voice you could muster.

" YOU CAN TAKE MY SOUL, BUT LEAVE THOSE TWO ALONE. I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE THE KING, YOU'RE BEING AN ASSHOLE."

Asgore turned to you swiftly and a blank look cover his face. He looked at the floor and summoned a large red trident. He was about to stab you with it, but you miraculously dodged it. A (f/c) heart, presumably your soul, appeared in front of you. You saw Sans and Papyrus and noticed they were both on the brink of tears.

"remember how to do the thing, kiddo... remember how to do the thing..."

Sans was mumbling as he watched and you saw options appear in front of you. You chose MERCY.

"No..."

Asgore's hand with the spear faltered a bit before he aimed the trident at the MERCY button, shattering it. You didn't know what to do. Asgore unleashed attack after attack, ranging from skillful trident moves to fire magic. Everything was fine until you heard straining from behind you and looked to see Sans and Papyrus being torn away from each other. Asgore slashed your arm.

"WAIT! (Y/N)... JUST KNOW THAT WE BELIEVE IN YOU."

Paps was starting to cry. Seeing this panged you with guilt. You took a sharp turn to the right and saw the button you were looking for. Papyrus was apologizing for nothing.

"Paps... it's alright."

With that, you slammed the button with all of your might.

Reset?

"Y E S."

Oh, golly, sorry about the drama. This is intense, I know... but, truly, I'm trying to develop the story better. How the hell will this help, you ask? I don't know, just hang in there. I'm sorry the update schedule is all messed up, yesterday I had a track meet (the last one of the entire year). I hope to get back on schedule, but if I miss any updates it's because I really need to focus on my school work. I hope you stick around through this story, thick and thin.
