I feel angry,
At the insanity,
The insanity I've held now,
For half a year, and how?

Finally couldn't hold it inside anymore,
And I finally feel more free than before.

My insanity,
No longer a calamity,
Can no longer make me angry.

I wrote it out,
As much sense as thought,
And I remember how it is to be happy.
I no longer feel so badly.

Two days without the insanity,
Sitting, poised, waiting for a free moment,
And I feel bliss at the lack of subject severity.
Now I am unchained, and I can go without doubting it.

No longer held by my neck,
And I don't care if it comes back,
Because I have a shield,
And one way or another I'll be on the field.

And it is gone, all of my rage is blissfully gone and I love it.
