Forgotten Daughter (LeAga & Sue Ramirez)

Chapter 21

While Lea is in her deep thought biglang na lang sumulpot si Amanda at Nicole.

"Mom, laro lang po muna kami ni Ate Amanda ha?" Lea surprised hearing Nicole speak in tagalaog straight.

"Wow! Marunong ka na mgtagalog ng straight?" Lea said.

"Ate mandi told me that if I can say it in Tagalog straight she will play with me." Nicole said and pouted.

"Nyahahahaha kaya pala. It's better you can speak it because it's our language din kaya. Go na you play with your ate." Ginulo ni Lea ang buhok ni nicole.

"Babes!" Aga called her.

"Hoy! Pa babes babes ka dyan." Lea said in controlled voice.

"Bakit ba para namang hindi ka kinikilig dyan ah" kinukulit ni Aga si Lea.

"Stop it nga Aga baka marinig ka pa ng mga bata" Lea walked out. She went where Amanda and Nicole are playing. Tamang tama naman ang pagdating nila Charlene at ng kambal.

"Lei" Tawag ni Charlene sa kanya.

"Cha" nakipag beso beso sya at sa kambal.

"Tita where's Ate and Nicole?" Andres asked.

"Nasa entertainment room ata dres, puntahan mo na lang" Lea said

"Ikaw tash you don't want to go with andres?" Charlene asked Atasha kanina pa kasi itong walang kibo.

"No, where's dad tita?" Atasha asked Lea.

"Nasa kitchen tash ng prepare" Lea said while guiding them to sit down.

"Mom, Tita I'll go to that muna ha?" Ngpa.alam si Atasha.

Lea and Charlene talk about what happen earlier.

"Lei buti naman at okay na kayo." Charlene said.

"Oo nga eh, hay cha, I've realized how much pain I caused to her. It's like she's begging little love from other people. Ang laki ng kasalanan ko cha, naiisip ko nga I'm so lucky that she's my daughter yung she really has a good heart to went here and asked me that can I be her mom. Alam mong hindi naman dapat na gawin nya yun ako dapat ang mgmaka.awa sa kanya kasi ako ang ng.iwan pero dahil siguro sa takot nya na mawala ulit kami. She didn't let the pain that she feel right now rule her life. She choose to be with us." Lea burst I tears. Even Charlene is crying na din.

"Lei, I'm so happy that she really has a good heart. I knew it from the first time I saw her that she really has a good heart. Aga na Aga yung mukha nuh?" Lea smile and nod.

"Pati sa kalokohan cha mgkasundo mgkasundo sila." Lea agreed.

"Stop blaming your self na Lei ha? Just be her mom. Bumawi ka sa mga panahong wala ka sa tabi niya. Habulin mong ang dapat nakasama ka niya.

Meanwhile in Aga and Atasha.

"Dad" tawag ni Atasha sa daddy niya.

"Oh, nandito na pala kayo. Where's your Mom and Andres?" Aga asked her but he's busy preparing for their dinner.

"Si mom kausap si Tita Lea Si Andres he's with Nicole." Atasha said while picking the chocolates that is left over from Lea's cake decorations.

"Why are you here? Why your not joining them?" Aga asked

"Duuuhh! I want to be with you baka this is the last time na masolo kits you have another daughter na eh. I'm not the only one na" You can trace the edge in Atasha's voice.

"Tash?" Aga stop what he is doing and went near to Atasha. He let her face him.

"I'm not your only princess anymore, she's here already your first princess. I know hindi na lang ako only one daughter mo." Tasha said she's about to cry.

Aga kissed her forehead and hug her.
"Tash, listen your always be daddy's princess, little girl and my one and only Tasha. Kahit naman nandyan na si Ate Mandi mo. Hindi pa rin mgbabago ang lahat eh. Ikaw pa rin ang no.1 princess ni daddy. Daddy's side kick kaya kita. Stop worrying about that things na ha? Love and accept your ate coz she's dad daughter too and your sister." Aga said

"I like her to be my Ate naman eh,  basta hindi ka lang nya aagawin sa akon" Atasha said smiling like she's warning. But they don't know Amanda hear everything that make her tears to fall. She's about to get some water but she heard Aga and Atasha's conversation.

They are now eating dinner. Amanda sit beside Nicole. Then katapat niya si Andres at Atasha. Naiilang si Amanda kay Atasha.

"Mandi, Welcome to the family" Charlene charmingly said.

"Thank you po" Nahihiyang sagot niya.

"Nak when are you going to transfer with us?" Aga asked her.

"Po?" Mandi want to clear the question.

"Lei okay lang ba sa amin muna titira si Mandi?" Aga asked Lea. Actually he want Amanda and Atasha get comfortable with each other.

"If that's okay with Mandi, No problem with me." Lea said and look at her.

"Dun lang po muna ako titira sa dorm namin hindi ko pa pwede sila iwan eh may contract po kasi kami pinirmahan na 1 year."

Pagdadahilan ni Mandi okay lang Sana kung kay Lea sya titira kaya lang parang ayaw din ng Ina nya makasama sya sa bahay hindi man lang ng offer.

"Pero pwede naman nating bayaran yun anak" Aga insisted

"Wag na po muna kailangan ko pa po muna mgpa.alam sa mga kaibigan ko." Hindi na ngpumilit pa si Aga kasi nahalata niya parang ngiba ang mood ni Mandi.

Tapos na ang dinner nila ng biglang mgpa.alam si Mandi.

"Ahm, Mgpapa.alam na po ako may kailangan po kasi kaibigan ko para sa case presentation nya bukas ngpapatulong sila"

"Hatid na kita" Aga said and about to stand up.

"Wag na po, hindi po ako pa on the way sa inyo. Sige na po don't worry." Lea went near to her.

"Are you sure?" Amanda hug and kiss her. She just wave Aga and to her siblings saying goodbye.

Hindi na napigilan nila si Mandi kasi ngmadali itong lumabas.

Paglabas ni Amanda hindi na niya napigilan ang umiyak kanina pa niya pinipigilan ang mga luha nya. Tumakbo sya gusto niya lumayo sa lugar na yun.

Ang Tanga tanga mo Amanda. Bakit kapa pumunta dun kahit kailan walang magiging sayo. Kahit kailan hindi ka magiging priority nila. Kahit kailan hindi mo mapapantayan ang mga taong ginusto ng mga magulang mo. Bakit siniksik mo pa sarili mo sa kanila.

Sinasabi yan ni Amanda sa isip nya habang tumakbo ng biglang umulan.

"Shit! Ang drama ng panahon ngayon ah" Amanda said and smirked. But her tears keep on falling from her eyes. All she want to do is to cry everything that makes her feel deep inside. She's crying under the rain.
