Pronoun Bracelets

Hey frens!

I just made pronoun bracelets for myself. One is on a stretchy string from an old bracelet with different shades of blue beads on it and the other is a rubber band with yellow and green beads on it. I just cut and retied a rubber band that wouldn't be too tight and took beads I found and some from an old bracelet I had made. I might go get beads with letters or find some way to put my pronouns on it, but for now it's just two casual bracelets. These will work because they're just colored beads and don't draw negative attention from transphobic people, but they're still specific enough that my friends will be able to know which pronouns I'm using on a given day.

I'm considering just putting a blue or yellow bead on my necklace instead to start, but idk yet.

If anyone else here has done this or has other ways of showing their pronouns please let me know in the comments!

I'm also really nervous because I haven't officially told people I'm genderflux so this will be another change for my friends. It's just adding some new pronouns in addition to he/him but they're all really cool about it. I've also dropped the friends that aren't chill about my gender so there probably won't be any problems. My girlfriend will no longer be in a straight relationship some days which could be awkward for her family and friends, but we will find a way to make it work.

So excited to start showing my pronouns! Ahh! Yay!
