Binding Update

Hi

Follow all safety guidelines for binding. Listen to your doctor. Always.

Updates on my DIY binder...

Gets really hot fast. Must stay hydrated. Also kinda gross when it's hot and the binder gets sweaty.

Back aches after 8 hours. Don't do more than 8 hours.

Some very mild rib pain.

Some very mild tenderness in breast tissue.

I don't recommend the method with the tights and sports bra.

I will not be continuing it.
