         CALYPSO BLACK WAS a lot like her mother. She was ambitious, easily trusting but just as easily leaving you out in the cold, and fiery.

          Growing up, she looked exactly like her mother. Properly sat, had great manners, and never spoke. Watching her parents' relationship crumble, she did nothing but comfort the both of them and watch as they showed the world that they were happy together. It wasn't until her uncle became known as a murderer that they split for good, the string finally cut and her father gone.

          Living with her mother was nice. They had a nice house, but something was always missing. Her father visited every now and then, and sometimes she got weekend visits, but her relationship with him was nothing like the bond she shared with her mother.

         And when she was eleven, Calypso went to Hogwarts where she was sorted into Gryffindor like her father - the first time she showed signs of not being a carbon copy of her mother. While people generally stayed out of her way, the name Black giving off a certain intimidation, she managed to be just find with her own small crew of friends.

           But now, years had passed and she was entering her fourth year when her uncle, the alleged murderer, escapes from Azkaban.
