Naeva's Point of View

Everything seemed to be going great. I was back with my first true love and I had finally found my sister after so long.

Everything seemed to be going great until I went back to the Underworld.

Everywhere I looked, there was chaos. Demons were fighting one another, blood being spilt. There was much more fire all around than I remembered.

Zombies were rising from their slumber, hell hounds were turning on their masters, even slaves had gained the courage to stand for the rights they had lost when bargaining their soul.

Hell had turned upside down.

As soon as everyone noticed that we had arrived, I didn't have a second to think, before chains were being wrapped around me.

"What is going on here?" Sam questioned, looking around.

"Well, well, well Samuel. You finally returned. I have decided to take what is rightfully mine," a familiar voice said, while slowly clapping.

Out of the crowd stepped Alec, looking the same since I had last seen him. He had a dark aura surrounding him.

"And I guess you know that every king needs a queen, so Naeva shall be mine," he said, while looking directly at me.

How dare he think that I am his.

"I will never be yours, Alec!" I spat out.

He chuckled darkly, while walking towards me. Samuel was trying to move, but he was stuck in place by magic.

"Now, now my sweet Naeva. You will learn to respect your new King," he smirked, while rubbing the back of his hand slowly on my cheek. "Take them away and put them in separate cells!" He ordered his men.

I felt someone tugging on the chains wrapped around my neck, so I had no choice but to follow.

What has Hell become?
