I woke up and put on some jeans and a pink crop top.
I put my hair in a pony tail, and put on some mascara.
My phone buzzed.
Hayes; hurry up
Me; why?
Hayes; they're talking about you
Me: who, wtf?
Hayes; the guys
Hayes; I can't repeat what they said to you
Hayes; but they're talking about you
Me; 😒wow what a good friend you are
Hayes; least now you know
Me; whatever
I walked into the living room and smiled. I looked at Hayes on the couch and scrunched my face.
"Ew" I said, joking.
"Ew yourself"
I rolled my eyes and sat on the couch.
"Y'know I don't understand" J sighed real loud.
"What?" I laughed.
"This. You guys. How? How are you so nice to him in just maybe a month when I've know you over a year and you still will fuckin flip me over your shoulder"
"I know right? I don't understand. Hayes, how do you do this?" Cam asked.
"I don't know" Hayes shrugged
"Plus, you guys have your own thing going" Nash said.
"Thing?" I asked.
"What thing?" Hayes asked.
"It's just like, almost like you guys have your own beat that no one else can hear, or some shit like that" Shawn said.
"It's almost like we're all doing jump rope, but you guys can do double Dutch" G said.
"Jump rope? What the f are you guys talking about?"
"Yeah, we're just friends"
"If you don't see that she treats you better, or, nicer, than all of us....you're blind, my friend" Cam said.
"Whatever" I rolled my eyes and walked over to the TV.
I grabbed the remote and turned around as Matt hit Hayes in the back of his head.
"Ha! You thought you were slick" Nash laughed at Hayes.
"What happened?" I asked.
"He-" "shut the fuck up Nash" Hayes said.
