Of course he did not care he did not get the Exploration Unit job. Ronaldo did not care about much, actually. What he did with his time just happened to be one of those things he did not care about. He did care, however, about people. Too bad there was no occupation solely focused on studying them. Their habits, how they shaped society, how they interacted with each other. This was what he wished he could research.
He did not care Ivy had been exiled. Unfortunate for her and her family, it was, but life must go on. Equipped with a task, the announcement came when he was in the middle of it. Never again would the plastic tube work. Easier than memorizing the theories of sociology, it was.
