Rip had to ban Mick Rory and Leonard Snart from using the Waverider's thermostat, after they had a big argument about weather the temperature was too hot or too cold.
Whenever Leonard wasn't looking Mick would turn the heat way up. And whenever Mick wasn't looking Leonard would turn the air conditioning way up.
At first it was harmless, if not just mildly annoying. The other Legends, however, soon grew very irritated, as the inconsistent temperature made everyone uncomfortable.
Rip, being bombarded with complaints had no choice but to put Sara in charge of the thermostat and ban the two thrives from going anywhere near it. (This was pretty much the only rule they followed, as not even they wanted to get on Sara's bad side.)
