Description- POEM. It is a poem about having to endure a separation from a relation that had managed to stay strong during thick and thin. The separation is bitter and sour since 'all sunshine' is coming to an end. And one person wants to hold on to it, the person that had wronged. The other person wants to give in but doesn't and decides to bid a Goodbye. The essence of this poem is that the person who is wronged, though very firm in their decision (which is the right thing to do) is not at all sour about it. Their positiveness is what makes the poem what it is. Its very sad but has a light of positiveness.
