"Stay in here and cuddle"

What are girls even supposed to wear to parties?

I dug through my closet, looking over the clothing of light pinks and shades of gray. None of it screamed party to me. If aything, they all screamed Sunday church.

I groaned as i grabbed my phone off of my bed, deciding that all this Hassel could be simply fixed with google.

I scrolled through the different pictures of 'party oufit' with a scowl. All the outfits either showed too much skin or made me look like some girl out of a punk rock video. And both of which were very far from my taste in style.

So, I decided to just wing it. Pulling on a simple white dress with a floral sweater, in case it got cold. Then, i threw on some heels and skipped into the bathroom luke and I shared to apply makeup and do my hair.

Since, i was a complete germaphobe when it came to my face and hated the feeling of anything sticky whatsoever i skipped foundation and just washed my face, applying some light eyeliner and mascara then finishing the whole look with a touch of pink lip gloss.

"Amber, Bailey's here." Lukes voice rang through the house as he called me downstairs. I checked the mirror one last time before flicking the light switch off and skipping downstairs.

"Wow." Luke said as he stared me up and down, biting on his lip lightly as he did so. I coughed in attempt to loosen up the situation, but, his eyes kept raking me up and down.

"So-uhm, are we going?" I asked letting out a light sigh in attempt to hide my ongrowing blush. Luke nodded quickly, tearing his gaze away from me as he grabbed my hand and walked me out of the house to Baileys worn out jeep.

We didn't have to worry about telling our parents that we were leaving because they were out on a date night and they told us they most likely wouldn't be coming home because they didn't want to drive through Sydney traffic at night.

Just the thought of what they were going to be doing in that fancy hotel room made me wanna cry and puke all at the same time.

"Did you spend the night at Luke's house, Amber Mae?" Bailey asked once i slid into the back seat, in the middle of Luke and Michael.

"I-yeah, i guess I did." I wasn't lying per say, because i did sleep over at his house just not in the way she was thinking I did.

"Oo Amber i didn't think you had it in you. Was it vanilla or not, i personally always pictured Luke as a vanilla type boy but-" Bailey ranted before being cut off by Luke's sharp voice.

"Shouldn't we get going to the party?" He rasped putting an arm protectively around my shoulder as I nestled closer into his warm leather jacket.

Bailey rolled her eyes before putting the rusty jeep into drive and speeding down the road to the party.

. .

The party was loud and cramped, just like the ones you see in the movies. It was so loud i was confused on how the cops hadn't busted it yet.

"Here we are!" Ashton chirped once the car stopped, parked on the side of the road. I watched as his eyes scanned over the different teenagers before landing on a small pretty girl, she was all alone and her eyes were looking around frantically, as if in search for something.

"Holy crap she came." He gazed before hopping out of the jeep and sprinting across the yard and over to the girl, wrapping her in a tight hug.

I looked around at the people in car, all their gazes fixated on the same thing.
