I closed my apartment door behind me, smiling sleepily as I realized I wasn't that far away from my bed and had a very satisfied stomach filled with pancakes. I was ready for a looong session of makeup sleep. My nail appointment wasn't until late this evening and Yuji wasn't filming today, so I was free.

I turn back around and wrap my hand around the doorknob, shouting back at whoever was on the other side. What I got back in response was absolute gibberish in the shrill voice of a child. I was already frowning before I opened the door.
