Killian's POV
After the incident with Neal I followed Henry who was very upset and maybe even a tad frightened.
"Henry... Lad... Are you alright?" I ask.
"No. Im not alright. Things were going good and then he shows up again." He says.
"Hey you dont need to ever worry about him. Let your mother and I handle him." I say.
"Killian what if he takes me?" He asks.
"I will never let that happen. If your father ever tries to take you or your mother it will be the last thing he ever does." I say.
"Now I understand why you hid those letters. You never wanted us to be hurt." He says.
"I should have told your mother, but Im glad you see that all I was doing was keeping you both safe." I say.
"I dont think my mother and I could ever repay you from taking us in." He says.
"I dont need any payment just knowing your both safe is payment enough." I say.
"Thanks Killian." He says.
He was finally feeling better so I left him be and went to go check on Emma. Neal's presents really upset her and its the least I could do to make sure she is alright.
Emma's POV
Killian was walking downstairs and I walked over to him and gave him a hug because I just needed to feel safe.
"Its alright Swan. Im not going anywhere." Killian says.
"Good." I say.
"Emma... Neal will never harm you or Henry ever again." He says.
"I hope your right, but then again its Neal. Though Im not gonna think about him anymore. I just want to think about where I feel safe. Which is right here in your arms." I say.
"Emma... I know we went on our date and I know we kissed, but we never talked about what this means for us. So what does this mean?" He asks.
"It means that we can be together... Or at least thats what I hope it means." I says looking at him nervously.
"I was hoping the same thing." He says.
He gently placed his lips on mine and I knew I would never be hurt again because Killian has and aways will make me feel safe and sound.
