"Welcome to Vegas!" I beamed as I hopped off the plane. Josh just laughed at my enthusiasm.

"I've been to Vegas before Sage" he tutted at me and walked off to find his bag. I rolled my eyes and followed him unwillingly in search of taxis.

"Remember my parents don't care if your weird-" I started as we sat in the taxi that had just pulled up to my house.

"As long as you keep coming back, I got it, I'm cool, I'm not going to be weird." He said either to himself or to me. I kissed behind his ear to calm him down before getting out the car at my childhood home. I grabbed his hand and lead him to the door, my mom opened the door with a big smile on her face.

"You must be Josh" she beamed and pulled him in for a hug. "Come in, come in" She grinned, Josh turned to me and smiled widely before following her in.

"What time is the wedding hun?" My mom asked as we walked into the living room.

"Around five so I was thinking a nap and then I'll get ready" I yawned.

"A nap sounds good." Josh smiled, looking as tired as I felt. He put his arm around me and I cuddled into him, I could tell my mom wanted to ask many questions to Josh. We went upstairs to my room and I shut the curtains to make it dark. I got in my bed and Josh got in beside me, we started to spoon but I got too hot too fast. We moved around a lot before I eventually just sat up, Josh laughed at my frustration.

"I know" he said, he placed a kiss on my neck and laid me down. He got on top of me and laid his heavy body on mine, he put his head on my chest so I could stroke his hair. He knew me too well. It wasn't long before we were both asleep.

"Josh! Are you ready?" I yelled as I finished curling my hair in the bathroom, I heard muffled noises from the bedroom so I opened the door to reveal Josh stood in front of the mirror trying to tie his bow tie, he grunted in frustration before turning to me and pouted. I walked over to him and tied it for him, I couldn't help but smile as I tied it. I patted him before looking up to face him, he smiled down at me before grabbing jacket and slipping it on.

"You look beautiful" he said as he ran his hands down the sides of my violet dress. He moved his hands to my bum and pulled me closer to him, I smiled up gloriously at him. I ran my hands up his arms and onto his shoulders before standing on my tip toes to kiss him softly.

We arrived promptly at the church for the wedding, I was expecting an invite to the reception but Carrie demanded I be at the ceremony as well. I held Josh's hand in mine as we walked into the little room just before the church. A tall familiar man stood shaking everyone's hand.

"Hi, I'm Sage. This is my boyfriend Josh" I introduced myself as the people before had done.

"Sage! Yes, Carrie told me you were coming. I'm Daniel the groom" he shook my hand and then Josh's.

"Nice to meet you dude" Josh smiled before we went to take our seats, I looked at all the people who were chatting and bursting with anticipation before Josh lead me into a pew.

"If I cry just ignore me" I mentioned to Josh, he snapped his head to look at me, his face covered in worry.

"You're going to cry?" He asked, I laughed at him.

"Happy tears Josh, it's a wedding" I put my hand in his and gave him a warm smile.

When the music started we all stood up, I watched as Daniel tried to withhold his smile. I squeezed Josh's hand in excitement. He let go and put and arm around my waist to pull me closer to him. Everyone watched as Carrie walked down the isle, she looked so beautiful. Her dress was covered in poetic lace, her smile seemed painted permanently onto her face as she walked towards her love. I looked at Daniel who had looked like he had just seen an angel. I felt the tears coming on so I rested my head on Josh's shoulder, he kissed my head and squeezed my hip tightly.

We sat for their vows and exchanging of rings, I looked at Josh as Carrie spoke, he seemed mesmerised by what they were saying. I couldn't help but smile and wonder what he was thinking, I turned back to the ceremony but noticed Josh turn to look at me. I watched Daniel very closely to see how he behaved during all of this, he seemed just completely in love which made my heart ache and fill up for Carrie.

We arrived at the reception to a huge dance floor and a large round tables, it was more of a buffet than a fancy dinner. We made a B line for the bar where I got a martini and Josh got a beer because he was a 'man'. I knocked back my martini in practice as we waited for the bride and groom to arrive.

We all took a seat at a table and Josh got me some food, he sat down and smiled at me before placing a light kiss on my lips.

"Thank you" I said and started to eat all the buffet food. We got to know everyone on our table and they were all pretty nice but I only wanted to spend the night with Josh.

"They are cute" Josh leaned back in his chair and rested his head on my shoulder, I kissed his forehead and rested my chin on it.

"We are cuter" I whispered, he nodded in agreement. Eventually the song changed and other people joined in, Josh sat up and put his hand towards mine.

"Dance?" He asked, I giggled like a little girl and took his hand. He lead me up to the dance floor where he grabbed my waist and pulled me towards him, I wrapped my arms around his neck and we swayed to the music.

"You are a gooden Joshua Dun" I smiled, he laughed at me and held on tighter.

"I think you've had too many martinis Sage Urie" he chuckled, I shook my head.

"Drunk on your love love love" I sang along to the awful country song that was playing in the background, Josh burst out laughing and spun me around before pulling me back in. I laced my hand with his and rested my head on his shoulder. I saw at the corner of my eye, Carrie talking to someone, I let go of Josh and kissed him softly. "I'm just going to say hi to Carrie, do you want to come?" I asked, he nodded and I lead him to her. As we approached, the person she was talking to dispersed. "Congratulations" I said behind her, she turned around with a huge smile on her face and brought me into a hug.

"Oh you made it! I am so happy! Thank you!" She squealed, she then noticed Josh standing awkwardly next to me. She pulled a weird face and pointed to him slightly.

"Josh Dun right?" She asked, he nodded. I don't think he could help himself so he just pulled her into a hug and kissed her cheek.

"Congratulations" He said as he hugged her, she couldn't help but laugh as she pulled away.

"Thank you Josh" she giggled, he looked at me and grinned. He was so darn cute.

"I'm gonna get a drink, you two want one?" He asked us. I nodded but Carrie shook her head, he kissed my cheek before walking to the bar.

"You didn't tell me your boyfriend was Josh Dun!" She squealed, I laughed.

"He's pretty amazing" I swooned.

"He's very cute, and nice" She fangirled, I bit my lip and nodded.

"So, is he 'the one'?" She asked, I raised my eyebrows. What a weird question.

"After everything, I don't know but...I sure as hell hope so" i confessed. She awed and hugged me once more before Josh came back over with two drinks.

"Okay have fun you two!" Carrie said goodbye to us. We waved her off before I turned to Josh who was just smiling happily at me.

"I love you" I grinned, he took a sip of his beer and nodded.

"I love you too" he wrapped his free arm around my neck and pulled me in for a hard kiss that was long overdue. He pulled away and grinned. "Let's dance!" He yelled as 'Dance Dance' came on.
