Imperfectly Perfect

"So, as I was planning last night, I thought of having a twist on our presentation as well as the plan itself. Kailangan, we'd add stuff new to the eyes of the panels para makuha natin 'yong attention and interest nila." she started.

Her team was intently listening to her and they all noticed one thing:

She kept smiling and that makes her being glow more.

"However, hindi dahil may naisip na tayong plan, we'd stick to that. Kagaya nga ng sinasabi ko all the time, hangga't may irerevise, irevise pa rin natin. To make the presentation better. Now, you all know I am always open naman and willing to listen to all of your opinions and suggestions. Let's do this!"

Her team smiled and clapped their hands.

One thing that makes Lea stand out among any other team leaders they have in their company is that she is not just a manager, she is a leader. She leads with good deed, good action and she listens to her members. She is open to suggestions and critcisims and she is very optimistic. She is a leader with a heart open to other people.

And they all can't wait for her to have a boyfriend. That man would be the best and luckiest man on Earth.

Imagine calling Lea your girlfriend and being able to hold her hand and kiss her?

Aga imagines that.

He won't deny it.

But the other man who imagines the same thing is standing beside the door with his hands on his pocket, staring at Lea.

He couldn't help but be amazed. Lea is an intelligent woman and that is what he likes the most about her.

It's such a major turn on that she is an intelligent, kind, down to earth and gorgeous at the same time woman.

She is blessed.

What more could a man ask for when he has Lea?

"Good morning, sir!" they greeted him.

Lea smiled at him and removed her eyeglass, closed her laptop, "Good morning, sir."

"Good morning." he greeted them back.

And one by one, her team members left the room, leaving her and Christian alone.

She didn't leave as she has still something to accomplish.

Christian went near her and spoke up, "Alam mo, I like how you encourage your members."

She smiled, "I do that talaga. Siguro that's the main reason why we are united. We work as one team."

He stared at her and smiled in the process.

And Lea couldn't help but feel awkward. She doesn't know whether this stare is a compliment or whatever. She hates thinking.

"Staring is rude." she stated.

Christian chuckled, "You know what? Amaze na amaze ako sa'yo."

She won't deny it.

Receiving such comment from Christian is nice.

She smiled, "Really?"

He nodded, "Yes. Sobra. Sana huwag kang ma-offend pero I find you -- wait, hindi ko maexplain. I don't know. Kapag ikaw na, I could think of a thousand words to describe you pero sa sobrang dami, I don't know how to express it. I just--"

She looked at him, waiting for his sentence.

"I'm just so in love with you. You are so fascinating. Breathtaking. You are -- basta, I've never been this in love. I've never been this amazed. Well, I mean, yes, maraming babae na tinitignan ko pero ikaw, hindi ka lang pang-glance, you're worth a stare, Carmen."
