Calm down it's just a test, I sit down at my desk in homeroom and wait for the bell to ring I made sure I got here early for this because you know, it's really big test and I'm not trying to get held back.

Next year is senior year and after that I'm out of here, I'm pretty sure I'm not even going to get into a good college and the sad part is...I don't even know what I want to do for a career.

I wish Cyrus was in my homeroom but all I got is Andi and Leo, and Andi sits all the way in the front and Leo sits all the way in the back with me but on the other side of the classroom.

Our seats are in rows so I have my corner in the back and Leo has his corner in the back, and then there's Derek who sits right in front of me and he actually decided to show up to homeroom today usually he just skips this 7 minute class and walk the halls with Jason but nooooo he wanted to see if he could pass this test, the nerve of this dude.

The bell rings and if you're not in the classroom already you're late.

"Bicycle?"

I grow a little nervous and I straighten up in my seat. What could Derek possibly want we're in class so it's not like he could beat me up? Well at least I hope he can't.

"If I need answers you'll give them to me, no questions asked" Derek hissed not even turning back to look at me.

"You um you know that our questions ar-are different right?" Come on Jonah I thought you were over this shy thing, just take a deep breath he can't pumble you in class.

"Shoot" He whispers under his breath along with some profanities.

The door creaks open and Jade comes waltzing in.

"Sorry I'm late teach" Jade clicks her tongue and starts looking for a seat.

I look around and notice the only seat left is next to me...no no no please don't sit next to me.

Leo gathers his stuff quickly and speed walks to my side of the room taking the seat next to me.

Jade looks at him and glares as she takes her seat.

"I se-seen th-the lo-look on your f-f-face" Leo whispers.

"Thank you" I whisper back.

Leo flashes me a smile as he sets his things down under his seat.

"Umm okay then, Class today you will be taking your Math final..." Blah blah blah I make sure my pencil is sharpened and I prepare myself for this.

Cyrus and I made out- studied so hard last night, straight studying nothing else, no breaks inbetween and we watched Barney not the Teletubbies, those things scare me. Each time I'd get a question right he would kiss me, there wasn't a lot of kissing. Well up until we made out, I mean studied a lot like good children hahaha.

The teacher slowly comes around handing out the test and once I get mine I write my name on it, which is pretty easy since I've been doing this since preschool.

Okay Jonah you got this, I flip the page and my eyes practically bulge out of my head there are so many numbers and letters and exponents and lines and fractions and...math.
