CHAPTER SIXTEEN

╰☆╮

THE RIDE TO BOBBY'S WAS JUST RAVEN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO DEAN, FROM THE MOMENT SHE ARRIVED TO THE LAST SECOND SHE SPENT KILLING THE ANGELS. Dean didn't make any comments during her whole explanation and Raven was glad he didn't, she was still shaken up from the whole thing and the thought of driving the blade through the angels kept replaying in the back of her mind. Even now, as Raven sits on the edge of the tub as Dean was sterilizing her wound. Dean had also explained everything that happened while she was gone and boy was it a lot.

Apparently, they had a long lost brother named Adam who was loved way more than them, which of course broke her heart, and Sam had chosen the demon, Ruby, and left him behind. It was safe to say that they had gone through way more than she had in the last days but what really mattered was that they were going to stop the apocalypse, as a team.

"Ow!" Raven jumped at the feeling of the needle piercing through her skin. It had caught her off guard as she was too busy in her own thoughts to notice that Dean was already stitching her wound up. Dean mumbled a sorry and worked a bit slower so he didn't hurt her anymore.

No one said a word as Dean wrapped her arm in cloth careful not to mess up the freshly down stitches and Raven was surprised that she didn't black out from the immense pain or didn't scream like a baby. She was proud of herself and it was noticeable to but again, no one said a word. Dean was busy lost in thoughts, how he managed to lose Raven, unable to find her only to find out she rescued herself, he also managed to lose Sam and the words that came out his mouth were the same ones John had told Sam the night he left for Stanford.

Once he was finished, Dean muttered a quiet 'there' and was ready to leave Raven so she could rest but Raven grabs ahold of his arm, holding it firmly with her other hand. Dean turns and gives Raven a look but all she does is send him that same damn smile that screams 'i can see through the darkness' and he frowns slightly. Raven bites down on her lip and lets it go slowly, "Dean, if you ever need anyone to talk to, I'm here."

"Thanks but right now, I just need to think," Dean nods his head, he didn't want to burden Raven with anymore problems, she had enough to deal with. It wouldn't be fair to pile stuff that wasn't related to her on her, she didn't need that. Raven nods her head watching him as he turned to leave but stopped in his place, remembering that he had her phone is his pocket. He turns around and hands the phone to her, "Here, you left it in the car. It was blowing up by someone named Haley."

"Did you answer?" Raven jumps up, causing Dean to take a step back from her sudden outburst. It hadn't meant to answer the phone but it was laying there, unoccupied and the phone wouldn't stop ringing. He wasn't going to just ignore it especially when Raven had gone missing for days.
