Harry's POV:
Sadness. That's all I seem to feel now.
(Y/n) and I have been writing to each other for over a year now. Ever since I was sent to hogwarts and she to Ivelmorny, we have always kept contact.

Over the years, I couldn't help but fall for her. She's nice, sweet and her looks are just a bonus

So... why am I sad?

June 4, 1995
Dear (y/n),
Hey! How are you? I still miss you. When can you visit? I hope you're well. Ron and Hermione ate as crazy as ever. Miss you! I have to go now.

Hey! I'm well. (Y/b/f/n) has been distant lately though; I don't know why. I'm not sure when I can visit. My parents... I don't know if they'll like the idea. I miss you too.

It stopped. She stopped writing to me. I wondered why. It ate me up inside not knowing if she was okay.

Finally, after 3 months, I got a letter from (y/o/n) (A/N: your owl's name). I rushed to take the note from him/her.

Only to find my heart to be crushed.

Dear Mr. Potter,
This is our daughter's (y/n)'s parents.
A few months ago our daughter passed away. We found your letters. She never followed orders.

There was something off. It seemed like they weren't sad at all.

It was only now I noticed the jumbled letters under (Y/n)'s recent letters.

My breathing stopped once I realized what they meant.
