When they reached Town, everywhere was bustling with activity and families with their children having fun. Zhong San and Zhong Er leg Zhong Yi towards an area that would be considered a park on Zhong Yi's original planet. People were gathered in celebrations, waiting until night time to light up a lantern and set it loose on top of the water running through this large park.

It was shaped like a Lake but branched off into small channels leading across the land. The water came from the Giguns Summit, which was five mountains close together that held snow on their summits year round. It was located between the Northern and Southern border, exactly in the location where the two territories were warring.

Today the weather wasn't too cold and seemed to be gaining a bit of warmth as the seasons get ready to change.

"Ah! Yi'er, do you want a stick of candied shaws? Or how about a bowl of Sweet Rice Balls?"

Zhong San tugged on Zhong Yi's hand to point towards a few stalls set up in the park, selling the festival foods.

"Hmm, what food will you eat this year, 3rd Brother?"

Zhong San pouted a bit at the use of '3rd Brother' but answered him truthfully, "Longevity noodles, dumplings, fish, sweet rice balls, and tangerines. Probably."

ZHong Yi rose an eyebrow before saying, "So.. why not just eat all the foods and see which one will come true. You're real greedy, huh?"

Zhong Er chuckled as his brother slightly blushed.

"I just want to eat delicious food," Zhong San defended.

"Ah," Zhong Er answered. It was obvious to him that his twin was trying to cover his shameless actions but Er Ju knew that Zhong Yi was only joking with him.

"Second Brother, what will you eat?"

Zhong Er turned to look at Zhong Yi before leaning his face down and capturing his lips. He licked and bit at Zhong Yi's bottom one before releasing the flushed 1st Prince.

"You."

Zhong Yi blushed some more before giving him a deadpan look and saying, "Haven't you had enough? I feel like I'm about to die in this crowd with all the jostling and my waist."

Both the men had just had sex with a man for the first time last night so they didn't know it would hurt Zhong Yi to walk. They just realized his slight limp that was nearly covered up before Zhong Er leaned forward to pick the 1st Prince up, princess style. People turned away from such a beautiful sight as they felt like peeping toms.

Zhong Yi looked like a damsel in distress that a brave knight had just slayed a dragon for and carried away. His long hair fell across Zhong Er's forearm and brushed against the other man's knees with each step he took.

Soon, they found a spot to sit, beneath a tree near the bridge. Zhong Er sat on the ground and kept Zhong Yi in his lap so that his robes weren't dirtied by the grass. Unlike Zhong Yi, Zhong Er was wearing the color black, whereas Zhong Yi's would show up grass stains easily. Zhong San left to grab each of them food.

(I'm going to start making some things up so if you notice some things 'not right' about the celebration, that's why. It's a book so I've got to make it a bit more exciting.)

Night approached quickly and soon people lit the streets with lanterns everywhere. The light from the large amount seemed to cast the entire City with a spotlight. A large troupe of traveling dancers had been hired by the Emperor to perform for the Commoners this year so people lines the streets. It was easy to view the street from the park so many chose to stay in their spot.

The 'park' was situated at a higher elevation but Zhong Yi was short for his age and for being a man, so it was slightly difficult to see over people's heads. Zhong San and Zhong Er helped lift him into the tree to sit on a low hanging branch. Both joined him on it and made sure that it was sturdy enough to hold them all.

Soon, colorfully clothed women and men began dancing and producing music to fill the streets with liveliness. At some point during the festivities, someone had lit off poor quality fireworks. They were still fireworks though, which was all that mattered to these people who had never seen flowers in the sky before.

A collective 'wow' echoed throughout the City as Fireworks went off all across it. Zhong Yi's eyes sparkled as he watched them explode and couldn't help but appreciate these things called Fireworks. It may seem weird that he had never seen them before but for one, he hardly left his house in his previous life and for two, the citizens had stopped lighting fireworks when they began worrying about polluting the new world they resided on.

Every time the fireworks made loud 'BOOM' sounds, Zhong Yi gripped the twins' hands and his heart began to race. He wasn't sure if it was in fear or excitement; maybe both.

Once the troupe had passed, people that couldn't fit within the park began lighting their floating lanterns with their wishes written on them. Their aspirations for the future were sent to the heavens. Many of the people crowded around the water and began lighting small candles set on top of lotus shaped boats. There were a few who also lit their own lanterns to fill the already crowded sky.

Zhong Yi tilted his head back and stared at the beautiful view over his head and smiled happily at how amazing it was. All those lanterns were brightly lit in the sky, mimicking the stars high above them. It was indescribable. Both the twins stood on his side and wrapped their arms around him; Zhong Er around his waist and Zhong San on top of his shoulders.

They made their way towards the lake and set their own lanterns within before stepping back to watch the lights floating on the surface. Zhong Yi snuggled closer to the both of them and was truly happy.

"Thank you for a beautiful day," he whispered towards the twins.

"No need to thank us, Yi'er. We're glad you had fun," Zhong San said.

"I'm hungry again," Zhong Er commented.

"Eh? Do you want me to go get you some meat buns," Zhong Yi asked.

"I meant for desert," Zhong Er corrected.

Zhong Yi was confused but asked, "Do you want some rice cakes?"

Zhong Er glanced at Zhong Yi's face and realized he wasn't being deliberately obtuse so instead he gave his lover a smirk before pulling him flushed with his body for a devouring kiss.

It lasted roughly four minutes before Zhong Yi could take a gulp of fresh air.

"Thank you for this meal," Zhong Er said before petting Zhong Yi's head as if to praise him.

Zhong Yi shook his head and gave his Lover a wry smile before leaning towards Zhong San and giving him a kiss as well.

"AH! Boss! Why didn't you tell me you were going to be here," a voice shouted from their right. When they looked over, Cui Rong was sitting on the ground with a whole banquet of food set up around him. People were avoiding ruining his food since a lot of them knew Cui Rong from his previous beggar appearance.

Zhong Yi saw how he looked and raised an eyebrow. This guy was surprisingly good looking beneath all that dirt and poor table manners.

The three Princes joined Cui Rong but gave him a wide berth so his food didn't get on their clothes. Mostly, the twins just glared at Cui Rong who kept talking to their lover but didn't say anything else to join the conversation. As the night moved on, they packed up and returned to the palace. Both men wanted to convince Zhong Yi to return to their Courtyard but he told them he didn't want rumors to begin spreading so he declined.

Within his room, Zhong Yi changed into pajamas and fell asleep thinking of the days to come as the festivities continued.
