Your POV

"(Y/N)! Wake upppp!"

My eyes fluttered open to the voice of my childish boyfriend, Lin. I sat up slowly, trying to rub the sleep out of my eyes.

"Lin calm down... why are you so excited..?"

"It snowed! First snow of the year!"

I felt slightly less tired at the sound of that. I looked out the now frosted window. Sure enough, there looked to be at least a foot of snow outside.

Lin, who was already out of bed, tugged off the cover I was under. "Linnnn!" Lin only laughed, pulling me out of the comfy bed. I almost squeaked when my bare feet touched the cold floor. Lin was already halfway across the room.

"Get ready because we're going outside whether you like it or not!"

I couldn't help but laugh as I watched him walk out our bedroom door. I went over to my dresser and pulled out some appropriate winter clothing. I changed into my clothes and made my way to the bathroom. I somehow managed to get my brush through a messy bed-head of (H/C) hair.

As soon as I was all bundled up, a gloved hand grabbed mine and dragged me out the door. "Gah! Lin wait!" I exclaimed. We finally made it outside and I immediately ran toward the biggest snow pile I could find, jumping in it. I heard Lin's laughter behind me, and I picked my head up, grinning. The snow couldn't have timed it's arrival any better. Lin decided to take a break (lel) from constantly rehearsing Hamilton and decided to tell the cast to have a day for themselves.

Lin pulled me up, and I watched as he threw around snow like the little kid he was. While he was throwing around the white crystals, I got an idea. I picked up some snow, which was already in perfect snowball condition, and rolled it up. I grinned mischievously. "Hey Lin!" I called. Lin turned around and I tossed the snowball at him. The snowball hit his chest and broke, causing his coat to be covered in white fluffiness.

Lin looked surprised a moment, but then grinned as well. "Oh, it's on, (N/N)!" He quickly assembled a snowball and chucked it, and I just barely moved away in time. It was time for a snowball fight, and I wasn't gonna back down!

~ short lil time skip ~

I had no idea who was winning, but we were both covered in snow. I caught Lin by surprise, throwing a snowball as fast as I could. Lin moved away, too fast however, and he fell over with a 'poof' into the snow. I ran over to him, giggling. "I won!" I exclaimed. Lin sighed but smiled.

"Fine! You win! Help me up though."

Lin held out his hand, and I took it. I was about to pull him up, when he pulled me down to him. He snickered, and I fell next to him. I gasped. "Lin! How could you do that?!" I said, pretending to be shocked. Being an actress was fun. Being in Hamilton with Lin was funner.

Lin only laughed before sitting up, and then getting himself on his feet. He held out his hand and I took it. He pulled me up, a lopsided grin on his face. I returned the grin, only to hear my stomach growl. "Riiiight... we haven't eaten breakfast yet," I said.

Lin looked at me. "How bout this; we go inside to quickly change, and then we can head to that little cafe down the street for breakfast? My treat!"

I nodded. "Sounds good. Now let's go! I want food!" It was my turn to pull Lin along with me.

Within a few minutes, we were already out the door again, walking hand in hand to the little cafe.

A warm, cozy breeze hit our faces as we walked into the cafe. A nearby waitress told us to find a seat, and that she'd be with us soon. Lin and I made our way to a window booth.

We were just talking about Hamilton, when the waitress from earlier came back, and we gave her our orders (whatever the heck you guys want).

I couldn't help but smile watching Lin talk about Hamilton. The way his eyes lit up brightly and his hands made little motions as he spoke. I considered myself lucky having him.

Little did I know the day would only get a lot better, because something I didn't know was Lin was planning something of his own...
