Your POV

World Geography had gone great! Learning about France was a lot of fun, especially with Peggy.

Peggy and I walked out of the class, but we had to part ways again. I had Math class while it was her turn for English. "I could always walk you to Math y'know!" Peggy said.

I shook my head. "It's fine, Pegs. I'll be good!" Peggy knew about my bullying situation, so she always tried to help when she could. She's helped me more than once by threatening to tell Mr. Washington what they'd done. Seeing as the boys were a particular favorite of him (and even depending on the situation I was a favorite too! Much to their dismay), they were scared of that.

Peggy looked at me. "You sure? I'm sure Mr. Miranda wouldn't mind."

I waved her off. "It's fine, Pegs! Promise. After this class and the one after that we have lunch!"

Peggy nodded, patting my shoulder. "Okay. I'll see ya then, (N/N)!"

"See you at lunch, Peggles!"

Peggy walked down the hall, and I stopped at my locker to exchange some materials. The hall was empty as I grabbed my Math stuff... or so I had thought.

"Hey nerd."

I turned to see Alexander. The other two weren't with him, but him alone was still scary.

I closed my locker. "A-Alexander.."

He took a step toward me. "Don't think I didn't see what happened during Geography, (Y/N)."

"I-I don't know what you mean."

Alexander slammed me against the locker, pinning my arms down. "I saw you looking at him! Don't think you have a chance with him, ever. He'll never love you. You're just a worthless nerd. You got that?"

I felt tears slowly rising. "Y-yes!" I squeaked.

Alexander laughed. "Look at this crying girl. Pathetic," he spat. He shoved me to the ground, my glasses falling somewhere nearby, my math notebook dropping with a soft 'thud'.

"Have fun being late, you b*tch. This isn't over."

I heard his retreating footsteps, and I blindly looked for my glasses. Once I found my glasses, I put them on, grabbing my bag and notebook and rushing to Miss Jones's room. I luckily wasn't the last one in, and took my seat upfront next to Eliza. She said 'hello' to me and smiled, and I returned the gesture as Miss Jones walked up to the board.

"Morning everyone! Please take out your notebooks for more note-taking. We are continuing what we started last class!"
