As we open the doors to leave the Olympian, Abby comes running. We all stop and turn around. She looks as if she just woke up in a very revealing piece of lingerie that I would just count as a black lace dish towel. Her boobs seem to defy all laws of gravity as they almost fly out of the night gown. Her brunette hair is done in a loose side braid and seemed to give the careless beauty that I know Percy loves. It was one of the things that Percy can never stop ogling about at Annabeth when she wears her hair up in a messy bun and just throws on a t-shirt and a pair of denim shorts. And later at night he would go crazy when she put on one of his old oversized tees to wear to bed. And the side braid seems to be doing it for him. Annabeth seems to notice so she wraps her arms around his waist and kisses his cheek. Although, the whole Victoria's Secret get up is not Percy's style. Like, at all.

"Are you leaving?" she asks, she hazel eyes twinkling with disappointment. Percy AKA Pierce steps out of Annabeth's embrace, but as he removes her hands from his waist he gives one a quick squeeze as if to say "I don't want to do this." He takes an extra long deep breath when he walks up to Abby and takes her hands in his with obvious reluctance that Abby doesn't seem to notice.

"I have to go. I'll come back for you. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but I will return. You have to promise me that you won't forget about me and betray my trust. Please. Promise me. I love you." The sincerity in his voice made me realize that he wasn't talking to Abby on any sort of conscious level. In his mind he was speaking to Annabeth Chase. Annabeth seemed to know that too and she wiped a tear with the back of her hand and whispered "I promise."

Abby wasn't as fancy. She just stood there with her mouth open like an idiot and stared at him. "I promise not to sleep around during your hike." Percy didn't seem to care about her answer and kissed her passionately. Annabeth grabbed my hand and squeezed it as we watched the two kiss. Then, Percy remembered that the girl he was kissing was not Annabeth Chase and he shoved her away from him.

"Abby get the hell off of me." He threw her off of him as Annabeth muttered what a fucking bitch she was. Her words, not mine.

Abby showed an expression of shock, hurt and confusion. "Pierce, I was just --" Abby cut her sentence short when Percy glared at her with such intensity and hatred it gave me the shivers.

"Your promises are like pyrite. You think it's gold for the longest time until you notice that it's nothing close. You just climb all over all of the men that enter through this door, don't you? Well I don't go for whores. You make me sick." Abby's eyes brimmed with saltwater as she threw herself against him begging him to change his mind, pleading for him to not go. Piper met my gaze and rolled her kaleidoscope eyes and I chuckled quietly. Percy grabbed Abby by the shoulders and took a rolling teardrop from her face and put it on her forehead. The teardrop sunk into her skin and the hysterical concierge fell to the marble ground, in a deep sleep.

"Percy what the actual fuck?" Frank said, his large right hand in Hazel's smaller left.

"We should leave before she wakes up in eleven minutes." (side note - It's been around one year since I started writing SMHBPDBI so thank you to everyone who has gotten this story to where it is today at 11.4k reads!!!!! I remember getting excited over 100 the first month of writing, so thank you all so so much ily!!! p.s I just farted:) Percy kissed Annabeth quickly and looked her dead in the eye and had a famous silent conversation.

With that we head off to our probable deaths to save the world.

With Reyna up front chatting with Az about battle strategies, and Leo comforting Percy, Jason saw a window of opportunity and took it. As he fell into step with me, he slid his hand in mine easily.
