Mina was tired.
Very tired.

She could feel the world drooping as her eyelids wanted to close. She only had three hours of sleep for the past 2 days and that enough was horrible. Mina was studying in the library, her pen lazily spinning in between her fingers.

Sana was currently with Dahyun on another date, those two never really stop going on dates. As for Jeongyeon and Tzuyu, they went to some restaurant owned by Jeong's father. Jihyo was very busy in school as for Nayeon and Momo, they were at home. Doing who knows what.

Chaeyoung on the other hand was currently with Somi, finishing a project that was due tomorrow so Mina could feel just how stressed that cub is. Hence why, Mina didn't bother calling her tiger for moral support.

"Excuse me?" A small voice made its way through her thoughts. Mina blinked twice before looking to her right, a small girl with a taller lady standing beside each other.

"Yes?" Mina tried her best to sound as cheerful as possible despite her lack of sleep. The lady sighed, who was most likely the little girl's mom.

The little girl smiled, taking out a small penguin plushie, it was adorable. "This is yours!" The little girl giggled, to which Mina couldn't help but cooe at.

Mina glanced at the lady who only smiled nervously, though the lady wasn't asking her daughter to take back the penguin. "O-Oh? That's not mine! That penguin is for you." Mina smiled, her infamous gummy smile showing.

The little girl hummed, confused, "Hm? But the girl said it's for you. She said that the penguin wants to be with you!" The little girl answered, and now Mina was confused. Wants to be with me?

"Here you go." The little girl went on her toes, placing the small penguin plushie onto the table that Mina was studying on. Without any other word the two strangers left, the little girl jumping in pure joy.

Mina didn't call for them back considering the little girl looked pretty adamant on giving the penguin so she kept it. To be honest, Mina felt like it lightened her whole mood. It felt nice to have this cute little stuffed toy sitting at the corner of all her work.

She sighed for what seemed like the fifth time, her pen falling from her fingers. She folded her arms, using them as a pillow, Mina slowly drifted off, feeling the temptation of slumber coming her way. Only this time, she didn't resist. Her eyes closed, and her whole body went limp.

Mina scrunched up her nose, the feeling of something furry brushing against her nose. It was moving as well. She felt it touch her nose a couple of times before it fully woke her up. Mina groaned subtly, sitting up, her back stretching as she did so. She rubbed her eyes, getting rid of the exhaustion in her eyes.

As she opened one eye, she caught an object sitting comfortably beside the penguin plushie given by the little girl. Waiting for her vision to clear up, she blinked a couple of times before the object became clear.

A tiger plushie.

"The penguin looked lonely, so, I gave it a friend." A voice she missed rang. Mina looked up and her lips curved into a smile.

"Chaeyoung-" Mina was cut off as Chaeyoung gave her a peck on the lips. "I'm glad you're here." The penguin smiled, her thumb caressing Chaeyoung's cheeks.

"I'm glad to be here." Chaeyoung whispered before sitting beside Mina. She glanced at the girls work, chuckling as she ruffled Mina's hair. "Working hard?" The tiger smiled.

Mina yawned, nodding, "I haven't had sleep for the last few days. I'm so tired." She sighed, picking up the pen that she was using. As if almost instant, Chaeyoung quickly snatched the pen away, causing Mina to attempt to grab it.

"Hey give it back!" Mina giggled, surprised that she still hasn't caught it. Then again, Chaeyoung has fast reflexes.

"Not until you rest!" Chaeyoung protested. Mina sighed, giving up as she let Chaeyoung take hold of her writing pen. She didn't mind though, in fact, Mina found it adorable when Chaeyoung did these things. Mina laid her head on Chaeyoung's broad shoulders. "Look, even the little tiger said so."

Mina giggled, "Really now?"

Chaeyoung nodded, grabbing the small tiger plushie, moving it as she imitated this cute high pitched voice, making it as if the tiger was walking, "Chaeyoungie is right! Minari should take a rest because it's good for her! I wuv you Minari!"

Mina couldn't help but blush over at the cute gesture. Her hand touched the top of the tigers head, "I love you too, tiger." She smiled, bringing her head up, staring at Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung chuckled, giving Mina a quick kiss before the latter laid her head back on the tigers shoulders. Mina stared at the plushie sitting beside the tiger toy before asking "Chaeyoung?"

"Hm?"

"Did you ask that little girl to give that penguin plushie?" Mina wondered, though she was still laying down on Chaeyoung's shoulder. The latter giggled, which Mina took as a yes.

"I couldn't stay for long so I asked that little girl and she looked more than happy to help." Chaeyoung smiled, reminiscing how joyful the little girl was when Chaeyoung asked her for the favour. The mom was fine with it as well, thankfully.

Mina snickered, "You really are amazing, Tiger. Thank you." She smiled, intertwining fingers with Chaeyoung.

"No problem, Minari." Chaeyoung kisses the top of Mina's forehead, who felt her heart fly over stars as that happened. The latter couldn't help but let her smile widened, her fingers holding tight onto Chaeyoung's hand.

Mina cherished this moment. It was so peaceful. Everything was just right. Chaeyoung was just amazing. Mina was thankful. She smiled.

"I don't know what I did to deserve you, Chaeyoung, but I'm thankful."
