nabi was sitting in a small office, she was standing beside the boy who was only a day older than her.
"hi, nabi." felix whispered with a smile.
he always knew how shy she was and appreciated her every time she made progress in speaking with people.
she waved shyly, "hi."
his smile was big as she responded.
minho joined the two a few seconds later, walking up beside felix. they walked into the room where jyp was and sat down.
she didn't understand why she was back, but she thought it was pretty important when jyp asked them to come back for a "meeting".
"so, i heard you guys have continued practicing since you left." jyp says with a proud smile.
"yes." they all said, seconds after one another.
long story short. . .
jyp informed the three that since they have been focused on improving, he would think about making the decision to add them back into the group since there was something missing without all the members together as one.
they all said thank you to ceo and followed him as he walked towards the room that the remaining members were in.
felix and minho stood in front of the members, they were told that the two were added back. the others didn't see nabi, so they assumed she was still gone from the show.
that's when jyp opened the door again and nabi walked in slowly.
she stood next to minho and looked up at her fellow members. the group was happy to have all three of their missing pieces back. nabi looked to jeongin, who was smiling.
you could see his braces, that's how big his smile was.
she then looked over at hyunjin, who had been looking at her since she walked back in. they smiled at each other and hyunjin looked away from the girl, getting shy as he let reality hit him that she was back.
"the only way i'm letting them stay is if you guys make a 10 member performance and a 7 member performance, after the show i will decide what group will remain."
jyp left the room as everyone nodded their heads and bowed to him. once the door shut, nabi was trapped in a familiar hug.
hyunjin wrapped his arms around the younger girl and just let it sink in that she was actually there.
once he let go, nabi just stood near him after that. she hugged other members that came to her and messed with jeongin as he couldn't stop smiling from the three being added back.
she watched jisung hug felix and minho.
chan was standing over to the side, alone, watching the members as he kept a smile on his face. nabi walked over to him and gave him a small hug.
the group put their hands together as they stood in a circle. they did a small chant and yelled out,
"STRAY KIDS!"
now the group had to make a great performanc to keep the three, once eliminated members, in for a debut as a whole.
they all ended up in the recording studio for felix, minho, and nabi to start their session for the song they were going to preform to.
nabi was ecstatic to be back, but a bit nervous as she recorded her part in the song. the members constantly told her she was doing a good job and helped her on parts that she could fix up a little, they did the same with felix and minho as well.
at the end of the day, hyunjin and nabi stayed together most of the time. he helped her with a few dances since she was anxious about making sure she was correct with them.
"it's okay," hyunjin spoke softly as he helped the girl off the floor, "accidents happen, we learn from them."
nabi took the boy's hand and stood to her feet.
"breathe a bit, it's okay, i promise."
she did as he suggested. taking deep breathes in order to avoid the anxiety rising within her.
"i won't let you leave this show again."
she got another chance and she knew that she needed to be better this time.
