WILL OF MATIAS FRANCIS

I, Matius Francis, a resident of Seoul, hereby make this Will and revoke all prior Wills and Codicils.

I was born on 17 February 1980 in Gyeonggi. I am married to Martha Shin, who I will refer to as "my spouse". We were married on Sunday, 24 December 2000 in Jeju Province and have one living children.

If any beneficiary under this testament does not manage to be found, then I shall be deemed to have survived.

If deaths happens in any condition or if anything take me away, leaving my spouse and my child on their own. I, Matias Francis, hereby take my will and appoint Mr. Park Young Jun as an Executor of my Will. I appoint him to take care of my family, especially my only child.

If he is unable or unwilling to serve, then I named Mrs. Yoo, his spouse, as an alternate Executor. My Executor and alternate shall have all powers granted by applicable laws of my state to carry out all provisions of this will, may use provisions and procedures for the simplified handling of estates, may hold in trust the share of any minor beneficiary until s/he reaches age 18, and shall not be required to post a bond.

I, Matias Francis, hereby sign this Will at Seoul on this Friday, 29 December 2000.
